He has been involved in over 400 projects including a wide range of project feasibility assessments for hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, youth hostels, golf courses, convention centres, spas, and vacation ownership Development’s on four continents. Marius specializes in due diligence, acquisition and disposition strategies, valuations of single assets and portfolios. Marius has been instrumental in completing many “firsts” in Central and Eastern Europe and Russia when it comes to branding, guaranteed management contracts, franchise deals and lease agreements. Jaroslav joined CTP at the start of 2014 and brings deep experience and knowledge of the industrial market in the Czech Republic. Michaela Lashova joined Forton as Head of Investment Consultancy & Valuation department after a five-year career at UniCredit Leasing, part of the largest financial institution in Bulgaria UniCredit, where she headed the department of large corporate clients and real estate. While at Forton, Mrs. Lashova helped to attract and retain as clients key international investors and developers. At her initiative, Forton opened up to the banking sector. Presently, a number of banks turn to Forton for pro-active management of their real estate portfolios. She has 18 years of total experience and 6 years of experience at Forton.

Paweł Żelich

Paweł Żelich has 14 years of experience in legal advice on real estate transactions, in private and public construction (incl. FIDIC-projects) and environmental law. Mr. Vincent is a real estate pioneer in Central Europe having been based in Vienna and Budapest for over twenty years. He was a Director of Richard Ellis International in Vienna (1993) and the founder and Managing Director of Richard Ellis Budapest in 1994. In 1998 Mr. Vincent was the co-founder and Development Director of AIG/Lincoln in Hungary. He founded ConvergenCE, his own real estate investment and development company in 2004.

Eva Böhler

Eva has worked with the UniCredit Group since 1998. Beginning her career in Hungary where she worked as relationship manager, later head of department for real estate, in her current position since 2006 she is responsible for international real estate clients in CEE, Russia and Turkey, and for investment and development projects. Eva graduated at the Corvinus University Budapest.

Radu Boitan FRICS

Radu Boitan joined Revetas Capital in 2012, where holds the Regional Investment Director position. He is currently the Chairman of the Romanian board of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He has over 19 years of experience in investment, valuation and property agency within the Romanian market and a very extensive understanding of CEE regional property environment, while being involved in a wide variety of transactions. Radu was previously the Head of Capital Markets for Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Romania following the merger with King Sturge. He was a member of the management board of King Sturge in Romania from its inception in 2005 until the merger with JLL, where his responsibility extended to investment, professional services, valuation and research. His extensive real estate experience includes transactional consultancy, equity and debt financing, valuations, and a wide spectrum of acquisitions, disposals, developments and feasibility studies.

David Brodersen

David has 30 years of experience acquiring, developing, managing and disposing of property companies and portfolios in Europe and the US. He has been working in Central and Eastern Europe since 1994 and residing in the region since 2004. David currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at Heitman Financial with portfolio management responsibilities for the Heitman European Property Partner funds. He relocated from the London office to Warsaw in 2013 to lead the Heitman Central European Income Fund. Prior to joining Heitman in 2010, he was the CEE regional Development Director/Asset Management Leader for GE Real Estate based in Prague. Previously, he led a pre-EU accession fund investing in Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania and Turkey based in Vienna and was the Managing Director of the CBRE Russia office in Moscow. David holds an MBA degree from George Mason University in Washington DC, a BS in Finance from Syracuse University in New York and has received professional designations from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). He was a founding member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) District Councils in Russia and CEE and is currently engaged in the executive committee to establish a District Council in Poland.

Laszlo Csiki MRICS is member of the executive board and CEO of Adama since January 2014. He joins Adama coming from the asset management real estate market on which he owns an extensive experience. During the last 15 years, Mr. Csiki MRICS held various managing positions within Metro Group, assuming regional and operative responsibilities as Head of Corporate Asset & Facility Management, Managing Director and Regional Director of CEE. With an activity involving countries like Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia or Greece, he gained skills in real estate, property management, asset management or investments. Laszlo Csiki is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), an independent, representative professional body which regulates Chartered Surveyors. RICS provides education and training standards, protects consumers with strict codes of practice and advises governments and business. Surveyors offer impartial, specialist advice on a variety of property and building related issues, being highly trained and experienced property professionals. Bruno Ettenauer can draw on more than 20 years' experience in the field of property financing as well as his status as a court-certified expert for property valuation. Having obtained a degree in law, he gained his initial experience in the field of real estate and mortgage financing with banking organisations such as P.S.K. Bank, Österreichische Länderbank and Bankhaus Feichtner. In 1999, he moved to the Financing and Consulting department of Creditanstalt AG; in November 2000 he was appointed head of real estate transactions (for Austria and central and eastern Europe) at Creditanstalt and Bank Austria. Ioannis Ganos joined Bluehouse Capital in 2005 as Investment Manager. Bluehouse Capital is a private equity real estate investment management firm in the property markets of Central and South East Europe. Prior to joining Bluehouse Capital, Ioannis was the real estate manager at Technical Olympic SA, a construction and real estate conglomerate listed on the NYSE and the Athens Stock Exchange, and a research associate at OTE Estate S.A., the real estate subsidiary of OTE S.A. holding 2,600 properties, the largest telecommunications provider in the Greek market. Also, he was a Research Associate for the Foundation for Economic and Industrial Research. Since 02/2010 he is Chairman of RICS Hellas. Ioannis Ganos holds a B.Sc. degree in Economic and Regional Development from the Panteion University and an M.Sc. degree in Real Estate Economics and Finance from the LSE. He is a graduate of the PDC in Innovations in Real Estate Finance from the MIT.

Prof. Dr Alexander Goepfert heads the international Noerr Real Estate Investment Group. Distinguished by the industry press as one of the 100 most important persons in the real estate sector, he is specialized in the structuring of complex real estate transactions, focusing in particular on financial, tax and planning aspects. As an honorary professor at the EBS University of Business and Law in Wiesbaden/Oestrich-Winkel, Alexander Goepfert heads the Competence Center for Real Estate Law there. He is also Vice-President of the Institute of the German Real Estate Industry (iddiw) and member of a number of supervisory and advisory boards.

Adrian Karczewicz

Head of Divestments CEE, Skanska Commercial Development Europe

As Head of Divestments for Skanska CDE, Adrian Karczewicz is responsible for sourcing buyers and conducting the deal process in four CEE markets: Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania. In 2015, Skanska CDE concluded final sales agreements for 11 office buildings, achieving a total transaction volume of nearly EUR 500m for the year. As a result, the company’s sales activity accounted for over 20% of the total transaction volume in the office sectors of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Romania, maintaining Skanska CDE’s leading position in the CEE office market. Adrian conducted the company’s first office portfolio transaction in the region – a sale of four buildings located in two Polish regional cities. This was 2015's biggest office divestment realized in CEE and the company's biggest ever transaction in the region. In 2014 Adrian was responsible for sourcing buyers for seven office buildings in Central and Eastern Europe and executing the transaction process. Adrian started his professional career in 1997 as an analyst at Gerald Eve International, going on to work for Knight Frank in Warsaw, and GE Capital Golub Real Estate. Ben Maudling, is a Managing Director and Board Member of Palmer Capital Investments GmbH. He has specific responsibility for the investment and asset management activities of the company in CEE. Currently, Palmer Capital’s CEE portfolio comprises over 80 commercial properties (primarily in Czech and Slovak Republics) with a value of EUR 300 million. Ben is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has been resident in Prague since 1992. Robert Mayhew is a Regional Director of Valuation for Jones Lang LaSalle, based in London. He is responsible for business development both in the UK and across Europe, with a current focus on non-performing loan portfolios. Prior to moving to London in 2011, Robert was Head of the Valuation and Strategic Consulting Departments for Jones Lang LaSalle in Moscow, overseeing all advisory work in Russia & CIS. Over the past 10 years Robert has also worked for DTZ in Poland and as part of DTZ’s regional CEE business based in Budapest. He also established the pan-European valuation team of Colliers International in London in 2005. Zoltán Nádasdy’s primary practice area is advising on real estate transactions and fullscale real estate development projects. Vlkova Jana is joined Colliers in April 2012 to take over the role of Head of Office Agency. Prior to joining Colliers she worked as the Managing Director of Bank Austria Real Invest Asset Management CR. She worked as office agent responsible for letting office premises in commercial properties in Prague, including landlord or tenant representation, property viewings, assistance in negotiation of lease terms and contracts, market research, participation on clients marketing campaigns, preparation of company presentations and finally co-ordinating two junior colleagues in the team.
