Balázs Czifra has over fourteen years of experience in international real estate market in not only advisory but also in developers' environment. He became familiar with the fields of sales, valuation and property management in Hungary and in the CEU countries. Balázs joined to DTZ again in 2011, after being the managing director of SEGRO (flexible business space developer company) in Hungary and the EU Trade director at the same time. Before this he worked 9 years for DTZ, where he dealt with the Industrial real estate advisory department of Hungary, and then helped establishing the CEU advisory department. Balázs currently leads the Hungarian expert group of DTZ, covering 8 fields of business from agency to property operations. Balázs is responsible for the DTZ's high level of services, the strategic leading of the company, and the appropriate services of the international clients. Balázs has been a member of the RICS since 2001, and regular lecturer of conferences and university lectures.

While at Forton, Mrs. Lashova helped to attract and retain as clients key international investors and developers. At her initiative, Forton opened up to the banking sector. Mr. Számely held various positions in the property/finance market over the last 18 years including major international property consulting firms and retail developers. His education includes MKKE – Economics Budapest, an MPhil in Land Economy from Cambridge University, and an MSc in Real Estate from BKE-BME-TNTU, Budapest-Nottingham UK. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a Member of the Board at RICS Magyarország and RICS Europe.

René Droese joined Budapest Airport Zrt in June 2007. He is responsible for managing the airport’s existing property portfolio and the development of new real estate projects including the new Airport Business Park, the Integrator project, Cargo City and the Hotel project of Budapest Airport. In addition he is in charge for all activities of the airport related to air cargo and logistics business development. Before, he worked as a Senior Manager for the majority shareholder of Budapest Airport (AviAlliance GmbH, Germany) Commercial and Property development department for ten years, being responsible for numerous due diligences, market analyses, development strategies and forecasts in the field of commercial and property activities. He advised the airports of AviAlliance and external airports about the development of projects in the non-aeronautical area. In addition he was responsible for preparation the concept and feasibility studies for the Airport City development at Düsseldorf International Airport. Ben Bannatyne MRICSManaging Director, Regional Head for CEE, ProLogis
Ben leads the team and company operations across Central & Eastern Europe for Prologis, the leading global owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate throughout Europe, Americas and Asia is responsible for all activities of Prologis in the CEE region (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia). He joined Prologis in 2008 from Jones Lang LaSalle where he was the Managing Director for Central Europe. In this role, he was responsible for Poland, Hungary, Romania and the Czech Republic, including the daily management of the Warsaw office and operations in Prague and Budapest. Ben has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, of which 15 years have been spent in Central Europe with Jones Lang LaSalle and Prologis. He graduated from the University of Aberdeen with a degree in Land Economy. He is also a UK-trained chartered surveyor.

Eva has worked with the UniCredit Group since 1998. Beginning her career in Hungary where she worked as relationship manager, later head of department for real estate, in her current position since 2006 she is responsible for international real estate clients in CEE, Russia and Turkey, and for investment and development projects. Eva graduated at the Corvinus University Budapest.
Daniel CookDirector of Strategy and Planning, RICS
Daniel joined RICS in 2008 working in the Public Affairs and Policy teams based in London. Prior to joining, he had served as Chief of Staff and advisor to a number of Ministers in the NSW State Government. Daniel was actively involved in creating our Climate Change series of events in 2008 and 2009, influencing new UK Government planning legislation and in creating new policy in regard to energy efficiency and value of buildings. During this time, Daniel also developed a new Communications Strategy and team structure for RICS in the Asia region. In December 2010, he moved to a newly created strategy and planning role, where he has focused on developing our market insight capability and leading our strategic foresight based RICS Futures programme. He works closely with our Governing Council as they develop our corporate strategy. During the past two years he has been involved in creating our first Corporate Strategy and new strategic plans for the Land and Resources sector as well as a strategy for developing the profession in Sub-Saharan Africa. In our new markets such as Brazil, Daniel has also been directly engaging with the market to refine and implement our market entry plans.
Pasquale DianaExecutive Director, Head of CEEMEA Economics, Morgan Stanley
Pasquale Diana is an Executive Director who is Head of CEEMEA (Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa) Economic Research at Morgan Stanley. His primary focus is the coverage of the CEE economies (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovenia), though he also looks at thematic issues for the whole CEEMEA region. Based in London, he coordinates the CEEMEA Compass, the team's flagship publication. His areas of research are the CEE business cycle and the implications for monetary policy, but he has written extensively also on issues such as external debt, fiscal policy, balance of payments dynamics, economic convergence, and has presented his views at several conferences in the CEE region. Pasquale joined Morgan Stanley in November 2006. Previously, he worked for 6 years at JP Morgan, where he covered the economies of Italy, Spain and Scandinavia for several years before joining the CEEMEA Economics Team to focus on Emerging Europe and Israel. He holds a BSc and an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Roxana Dudau is Associated Partner of Noerr LLP and heads the Real Estate & Construction Department of Noerr in Bucharest. She is specialized in advising major foreign investors active in the field of retail and construction, as well as banks and major investors (predominantly from the automotive and aerospace sectors) in their Greenfield investments in Romania, which she advised on structuring their investment beginning with the land acquisition process up to planning and construction contracts for their production facilities in Romania. Roxana has a large experience in real estate, especially in town planning and construction law and industrial leases. She advises the firm’s clients on their market entry and expansion in Romania.

Bruno Ettenauer can draw on more than 20 years' experience in the field of property financing as well as his status as a court-certified expert for property valuation. Having obtained a degree in law, he gained his initial experience in the field of real estate and mortgage financing with banking organisations such as P.S.K. Bank, Österreichische Länderbank and Bankhaus Feichtner. In 1999, he moved to the Financing and Consulting department of Creditanstalt AG; in November 2000 he was appointed head of real estate transactions (for Austria and central and eastern Europe) at Creditanstalt and Bank Austria. Prof. Dr Alexander Goepfert heads the international Noerr Real Estate Investment Group. Distinguished by the industry press as one of the 100 most important persons in the real estate sector, he is specialized in the structuring of complex real estate transactions, focusing in particular on financial, tax and planning aspects. As an honorary professor at the EBS University of Business and Law in Wiesbaden/Oestrich-Winkel, Alexander Goepfert heads the Competence Center for Real Estate Law there. Vladimir Gurdjieff joined Forton as Head of Industrial Space and Land Development after a two-year career as Sales Director at bERS PLC., being a B2B integrated 3PL logistics services provider. Before that he worked as Country Manager for the Real Estate Portal City24 Bulgaria Ltd. – local branch of a Scandinavian media corporation Alma Media Interactive Oy. He started his professional career in the leasing sector, as sales manager at subsidiary companies of two of the biggest multinational financial corporations in Europe such as Unicredit and Raiffeisen.
David HaywardManaging Director, Adval Asset Management
David has 14 years' experience in the real estate business since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. David worked at Morgan Stanley London where he was Head of European Real Estate Controllers overseeing MSREF and MSRESS fund investments in Germany, France, Spain and the UK. In 2007 David moved to Bucharest to be the CFO of a number of real estate funds for which he raised E85million of investment commitments. In 2008 he founded Richmond Management which was Investment Advisor to the Curzon Capital Residential Investment Fund acquiring E5million of residential projects in Bucharest. David then joined Quintet (later to become DPGS) as a key advisor to Dinu Patriciu on all aspects of real estate. In 2013, David set up Adval Asset Management together with a number of colleagues from his time at DPGS. Richmond Management was renamed Concept Facilities and successfully entered into the Facility Management business within Bucharest before being acquired into the Adval group in 2014.

Gunnar Herm was appointed Head of Real Estate Research & Strategy – Europe at UBS Global Asset Management in 2008. He is primarily responsible for developing and delivering proprietary research products for use in analyzing risk and return for various European real estate investment opportunities. He also develops fund strategies, helps develop new products and supports ongoing marketing and capital raising efforts. Gunnar has 15 years of investment industry experience and joined UBS Global Asset Management in 2006 as an analyst for the European office sector. Before joining UBS in 2006, he was an analyst for the office sector in the European Property Research team at Henderson Global Investors for almost four years. Prior to his position at Henderson, Gunnar was a project leader at the property consultant ATIS Real in Hamburg (from 1999-2001) and Frankfurt (2001-2002) and before that he was a Research Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle (from 1997-1999).

Tomasz Lisiecki is the Chief Development Officer at TriGranit Development Corporation, a partially-Canadian owned, Budapest-based property developer specializing in large commercial projects in Central & Eastern Europe. In Poland, TriGranit is known for its shopping center Silesia City Center in Katowice and Bonarka City Center in Krakow. Most recently it developed Poznan City Center, together with the Polish Railways (PKP S.A.) in Poznan as part of a Public Private Partnership, which opened in October 2013. Tomasz is a graduate of the University of Toronto. He holds a Commercially Certified Investment Member designation (CCIM) and is a member of the Urban Land Institute, a global research and education organization dedicated to issues of urban planning and real estate management. In private he is an avid pilot flying gliders and single engine aircraft. Tomasz was elected to the position of Vice President of the Polish Canadian Chamber of Commerce in 2014.

He joined King Sturge in 2001 and relocated to the Czech Republic office in 2005 to run the Agency departments in Prague. Benjamin Perez-Ellischewitz, based in Budapest, is responsible for leading and developing the Capital Markets team. The primary activities of the team include investment advisory in Hungary covering offices, retail and logistic assets throughout the full cycle of the transaction from sourcing and mandate negotiation to financial modelling, marketing, due diligence and closing. Benjamin joined JLL in 2007 as a senior advisor and became head of the team in March 2010. With JLL, Benjamin took part in the most significant transactions on the Hungarian market, such as the landmark sales of Park Atrium in 2007, Bank Centre in 2008, Millennium Towers in 2011 or the acquisition of 50% of Allee Shopping Centre in 2010 among others. In 2013, Benjamin was involved in the joint-venture deal between SES and Allinanz Real Estate covering the Slovenian assets of the portfolio. Before joining JLL, he worked on the development of a boutique real estate advisory firm in Hungary from 2004 to 2006. From 1997 to 2002, he worked with JPMorgan in London, Seoul and Singapore as a Project Manager in the interest rate derivative business unit.
