This conference is the number one professional forum of the real estate, facility and property managers, operators and other real estate professionals since 2010. Graduated from BME (Budapest University of Technology and Economics) Faculty of economic and social sciences (GTK) as an economist. He wrote his thesis and spent his months of apprenticeship at Ecorys Hungary, where he spent further three years as a Real Estate market advisor, of which he worked a half a year in the Manchester office of the company. From the beginning of 2010 he was the Real Estate market analyst for Portfolio.hu, and the permanent editor of the REsource Ingatlaninfo of Net Média Zrt. In 2013 Gergely joined the Otthontérkép project team (leading hungarian map based apartment finder) as a senior analyst. Later, when Mapsolutions bought the market leading commercial real estate listing sites (irodahaz.info and raktar.info) he became the manager of the commercial real estate division.

Mr. Zsolt Kákosy has been working in the real estate industry since 1997. He graduated at the Budapest University of Economic Sciences (Major: Finance, minor: Business evaluation). He obtained his M.Sc in Real Estate from Nottingham Trent University and Budapest University of Technology and Economics (joint course) in 2001. In 2003, he obtained his MBA degree at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (course being coordinated by the State University of New York at Buffalo). Currently, he works for SAM-Lak Kft (member of the RPHI group) as co-managing director and CFO. Earlier he has gained experience as a real estate developer being mostly involved in industrial and logistics projects. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2002 and is a board member of RICS Hungary since 2006. Kákosy is also known as a founding member of the RICS Property Finance and Investment Professional Group in Hungary.

Robert Tilki received a postgraduate master’s degree in real estate science from the Technical University of Budapest and Nottingham Trent University (U.K.) in 2000. He has been engaged in real estate business since 1997 specialized in office leasing and investment. He is the MD of Robertson Hungary – based in Budapest, Hungary - since 2001. The company jointed the network of BNP Paribas Real Estate from 1st January 2013. His roles are to overview and supervise all departments’ (valuation and consultancy, research, office, marketing, retail and investment) and heads of departments’ activity. As a licensed real estate professional Mr. Tilki is actively engaged in the business of commercial real estate and has a creditable record in this field. His control on the company’s business through deals and consultancy services has grown the reputation of the company to the point that Robertson Hungary is one of the leaders in the Hungarian commercial real estate market, especially in the office leasing segment.

We will send a confirmation email in the case of online registration. (The data and the "Conditions of Registration, Payment and Cancellation" have to be accepted during registration.) We will send a Fee Requesting Notice by email based on the data that are approved in the course of registration after the acceptance the "Conditions of Registration, Payment and Cancellation". The fee has to be paid within 8 workdays of the confirmation of the registration. The invoice will be issued after payment. We will post the invoice to you to the address that is given in the registration. An online application is classified as an order. Paying the participation fee in advance is a prerequisite of participating at the event. We accept cancellations and provide a full refund - EXCLUSIVELY IN WRITING at the address of firstname.lastname@example.org - till 12 hours on the fifth workday before the event. In the case of cancellations made after this time the participation may be assigned, but the complete fee has to be paid. We are not in a position to accept cancellations made via phone or in any other verbal form. It is not possible to cancel participation in the case of registrations that are made after the cancellation deadline. In the case of registrations made 1 or 2 workdays before the event it may happen that the transfer of the participation fee will not be credited to our bank account yet, therefore in this case it is possible to transfer the fee on the first workday after the event. Since online applications are classified as orders, we are not in a position to accept ex post complaints - including absence from the event, because of the lack of transferring the fee - after the cancellation deadline. The complete fee has to be paid in this case as well - provided no written cancellation was received by us till the cancellation deadline.
