Radu Boitan joined Revetas Capital in 2012, where holds the Regional Investment Director position. He is currently the Chairman of the Romanian board of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He has over 19 years of experience in investment, valuation and property agency within the Romanian market and a very extensive understanding of CEE regional property environment, while being involved in a wide variety of transactions. Radu was previously the Head of Capital Markets for Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Romania following the merger with King Sturge. He was a member of the management board of King Sturge in Romania from its inception in 2005 until the merger with JLL, where his responsibility extended to investment, professional services, valuation and research. His extensive real estate experience includes transactional consultancy, equity and debt financing, valuations, and a wide spectrum of acquisitions, disposals, developments and feasibility studies.

Laszlo Csiki MRICS is member of the executive board and CEO of Adama since January 2014. He joins Adama coming from the asset management real estate market on which he owns an extensive experience. During the last 15 years, Mr. Csiki MRICS held various managing positions within Metro Group, assuming regional and operative responsibilities as Head of Corporate Asset & Facility Management, Managing Director and Regional Director of CEE. With an activity involving countries like Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia or Greece, he gained skills in real estate, property management, asset management or investments. Laszlo Csiki is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), an independent, representative professional body which regulates Chartered Surveyors. RICS provides education and training standards, protects consumers with strict codes of practice and advises governments and business. Surveyors offer impartial, specialist advice on a variety of property and building related issues, being highly trained and experienced property professionals. Mr. Csiki MRICS holds a diploma in Economics, graduating Free University of Berlin, and subsequently graduating the Master of Science Real Estate, organized in partnership by three universities: Nottingham University, Budapest Technical University and Budapest Economical University.

E sikerek eredményeképpen a vállalat elnyerte a SEE Díjak közül a „2012. év Ingatlankezelő Cégének” címét. A TGM most azzal foglalkozik, hogy e sikerre építsen és belépett a Balkán térség és rövidesen azt követően a kaukázusi köztársaságok új piacaira.

Răzvan Gheorghiu-Testa is Partner at Ţuca Zbârcea & Asociaţii, having built up a career of almost 20 years of legal experience in real estate, corporate/M&A, and taxation. While at Forton, Mrs. Lashova helped to attract and retain as clients key international investors and developers. At her initiative, Forton opened up to the banking sector. As Regional Director of Asset and Property Management for Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, and Bulgaria, Mike is responsible for the asset and property management team, which manages 24 retail, office, and logistics projects. Mike Murrel has over eight years of management experience with some of the most respected real estate investment, development, and management companies in the world. In total, he has acquired, developed, or managed over 650,000 square meters of commercial and residential property. Before joining AIG/Lincoln, he was an Asset Manager with AIG Investments, Global Real Estate (AIGGRE) in Zurich, and a Director of Asset Management and Investments for Central and Eastern Europe with Tishman International. He has also worked for Tishman Speyer (New York) and for Hines (Chicago). He holds a Law in Society degree from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota. He was formerly a Naval Flight Officer in the United States Navy.

Tim O’Sullivan, Head of Capital Markets joined CBRE Hungary as a member of the Capital Markets team responsible for investment transactions. Based in the Budapest office, Tim brings with him seven years experience having worked in both Scotland and London before moving to Hungary. Prior to joining CBRE Hungary, Tim O’Sullivan worked for Cushman & Wakefield Investors in London for two and half years where he was responsible for all acquisitions across all sectors for funds under management.
In the past year, Tim has been engaged in the sale and acquisition of some of the important Hungarian assets including the Tulipan Industrial Park, and Mylan new Prodcution facilty in Komarom in addition to the acquisition of Mall of Sofia in Bulgaria. Based in Belgrade and Bucharest, Andrew is responsible for the JLL operations in South Eastern Europe, overseeing work across 10 countries, including Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Croatia and Slovenia. He has over 10 years of experience in the CEE&SEE real estate markets, together with 4 years in the United Kingdom. He joined King Sturge in 2001 and relocated to the Czech Republic office in 2005 to run the Agency departments in Prague. In 2008 he set up the firms office in Bulgaria and in August 2011 he became Managing Director of the newly merged King Sturge and Jones Lang LaSalle offices in Serbia and Bulgaria. From the beginning of 2015 he extended his regional role to take overall management of the Belgrade and Bucharest offices, now overseeing work across the entire SEE region.

Marcell Pintyőke is the marketing and communications director of the KÉSZ Group involving more than 50 corporations, working at the company group since 8 years, previously worked as a strategy creator in the German language book marketing. He acquired his degree in economics on the department of finance and marketing in 2003. His field of expertise is corporate communication and customer-focused project communication. In 2010-2011, he participated in the implementation and communication of such strategic projects as the SkyCourt building of the Liszt Ferenc International Airport or the building of the Mercedes facility in Kecskemét. As a part of his job, he travels across Central Europe, because the project communication of the foreign subsidiaries of the KÉSZ Group is also among his tasks. He is an active participant of the team which created and operates the MIÉNK (Magyar Innovatív Építõipari Nyílt Klaszter, Open Cluster for Innovative Hungarian Building Industry) in order to represent the values of the Hungarian building industry. His analyses and publications regarding building industry are continuously published not only in Hungary, but also in international professional journals; he is a regular instructor at conferences related to development and building industry. He considers sports diplomacy his mission and hobby. He is the president of the KÉSZ Football Academy, which organizes sports events for over 400 children and he strives to help the international involvement of Hungarian sports diplomacy where he can.

We will send a confirmation email in the case of online registration. (The data and the "Conditions of Registration, Payment and Cancellation" have to be accepted during registration.) We will send a Fee Requesting Notice by email based on the data that are approved in the course of registration after the acceptance the "Conditions of Registration, Payment and Cancellation". The fee has to be paid within 8 workdays of the confirmation of the registration. The invoice will be issued after payment. We will post the invoice to you to the address that is given in the registration. An online application is classified as an order. Paying the participation fee in advance is a prerequisite of participating at the event. We accept cancellations and provide a full refund - EXCLUSIVELY IN WRITING at the address of conference@portfolio.hu - till 12 hours on the fifth workday before the event. In the case of cancellations made after this time the participation may be assigned, but the complete fee has to be paid. We are not in a position to accept cancellations made via phone or in any other verbal form. It is not possible to cancel participation in the case of registrations that are made after the cancellation deadline. In the case of registrations made 1 or 2 workdays before the event it may happen that the transfer of the participation fee will not be credited to our bank account yet, therefore in this case it is possible to transfer the fee on the first workday after the event.
