Rahimkulov family parts with entire holding in Hungarian MOL
Firthlion Limited and Charing Investments Limited, interests of Megdet Rahimkulov and his sons, Ruslan and Timur Rahimkulov, have announced on Monday that on 22 June they sold 5,616,709 treasury shares and 470,000 Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) - equivalent of 470,000 shares - in Hungarian fuels group MOL to VCP Capital Partners Unternehmensberatung AG. The Rahimkulov family has apparently sold its entire MOL package.

Firthlion and Charing had a 6.025% and 0.158% direct holding in MOL, respectively.
Kafijat Investment and Asset Management Zrt. is the majority owner of Firthlion therefore its 6.025% indirect ownership in MOL will also drop to below 5%.
Megdet Rahimkulov is the 71.44% owner of Kafijat. Timur Rahimkulov and Ruslan Rahimkulov are 50-50% owners of Charing Investments Limited. Considering the above, the 6.183% indirect stake of the Rahimkulov family in MOL will drop to below 5%. (The statement did not say where exactly.)
