Between 25th February and 29th March 2026, Planet Budapest, a unique sustainability theme park in the Central European region, will open its doors. Free to visit for 33 days, the event's four separate programmes are built around a single common question: how can we shape our collective future without taking away from the generations to come?
The Planet Experience, organised by the "Kék Bolygó" Foundation, will include Planet Expo, a trade exhibition from 25th February to 1st March, a forum for companies at the forefront of sustainability to meet and showcase their products and services. As part of Planet Expo, a conference entitled Planet Expo and Conference - The Future of Clean Energy will take place.

By public transport from the centre of Budapest
M4 metro to Keleti station → bus 30 or 30A from Baross tér towards Káposztásmegyer → get off at Rokolya street → 5-7 minutes on foot.
M3 metro to Göncz Árpád city centre → bus 120 from Göncz Árpád city centre towards Újpest centre → get off at Reitter Ferenc street → 6-8 minutes on foot.
M3 metro to Lehel tér → tram 14 towards Káposztásmegyer → get off at Rokolya street → 5-7 minutes on foot.
By car
Access from Tatai út in the XIV. district. Parking is available in the area of the Railway Historical Park.

Access to the conference dome
Planet Expo and Conference is part of the Planet Budapest Experience. Entrance to the Railway Historical Park is through pedestrian entrances I and II. At the gates, all participants will receive an armband. This wristband is the only way to enter the Planet.
The first entrance to the park is the Planet main entrance, which is also the entrance to the GigadoM!
The Expo Corridor opens from the Gigadom, leading to the Reception Area where you can complete your conference registration! This is where you will scan the QR code sent to you after pre-registration and receive your name badge.
The closest restrooms and cloakroom to the conference venue are located in the Expo hallway.
Please add to your arrival time the time it takes to get to the venue, which is at least 15 minutes from the gates!
Please note that due to the historic nature of the Railway Historical Park, the ground is not level in all areas and cobbles and other surfaces that may make traffic difficult may be present on the route

Frequently Asked Questions
We warmly welcome all interested individuals over the age of 16 who are interested in the event's professional program, would like to participate, and are open to meeting new partners and high-quality networking opportunities.
You can register for our events on the portfolio.hu/rendezvenyek page on the respective event's subpage by clicking the "registration" button. Due to GDPR compliance, we can only admit participants who have registered online in advance or on-site, and (in case of paid events) have a paid ticket to the event area. Online registration is possible until midnight the day before the event; after that, we welcome interested parties on-site, where our colleagues will gladly assist at the registration desk with ticket purchases or, in the case of free events, ticket collection.
In case of full capacity, registration on the website closes, and you can only join a waiting list. In this case, on-site ticket purchases are also suspended. Our colleagues will notify registered applicants on the list about possible participation opportunities depending on available spots.

How to Participate: offline
The participation fee and other costs (room booking, extras, etc.) can be paid by bank transfer or credit card payment during the registration process. It is important to know that in the two days before the event, only credit card payment is available on our website. In the case of paid events, we cannot guarantee participation without payment of the participation fee.
On the day of the event, bank card payment is also available at the registration desk with the assistance of our colleagues.
Our system automatically sends the QR code after the payment has been received and accounted for. In case of free participation, the QR code for entry is sent immediately after registration. Please check the spam, social, and other subfolders in your email system as well. The email will arrive with the subject "Entry ticket for (event name)..." from the noreply@portfolio.hu email address.
If the QR code still hasn't arrived, please check the payment, as the entry QR code is only sent after the participation fee has been paid. After verifying and confirming the payment, please contact our colleagues at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address. We cannot provide information by phone; in such cases, we can only help in writing.
For free events, if you still cannot find the QR code after checking all folders, please contact our colleagues by email.
In case of interrupted card payment, please contact our colleagues at the above-mentioned email address. Upon request, they can issue an invoice or help restart the process.

Please check the Prices menu for the exact content of the ticket. The ticket price does not include accommodation costs. If the booking option is available at the event, you can select and book accommodation during the registration process.
The official language of our events is Hungarian. For foreign language presentations and international guests, we provide live or AI simultaneous interpretation in Hungarian and English. Please check the availability of this on the information tab, and our colleagues are happy to help at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address if you have questions.
The presentation materials, to which our speakers have given their consent, will be sent in the thank-you letter after the event. Video and audio recordings will not be shared from the event. Articles and analyses about the event from our experts can be read on Portfolio.hu, Agrárszektor.hu, and Pénzcentrum.hu.
Online registration is considered an order. Participation in the event requires prior payment of the participation fee. After finalizing and submitting the registration, we do not accept cancellations, we do not refund the ticket. The participation fee must be paid even in case of absence from the event.
After full payment of the participation fee, however, participation can be transferred. In case of a name change, please write to rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address, our colleagues will send a code with which the incoming participant must also be registered on our site, according to our data management policy. On the day of the event, on-site, colleagues can also help if a name change is necessary due to a sudden event.

QR Code Ticket
We would like to draw the attention of our dear participants that after registering for the conference, we will send a QR code to the participant e-mail address provided during registration. Please bring this with you, either printed or displayed on your phone, on the day of the event to ensure entry. If you have any questions, please contact our event organizing colleague at the contact information below!
