Discounts available to current prices (only one may apply):

  • NAK, GOSZ and VOSZ MEMBERS receive 50% off: HUF 54,900 plus VAT
  • 20% discount for groups of five or more

In case of group registrations, please make sure that all members of the group registered in a single session are eligible for the same discount. Eligibility for NAK, GOSZ or BOSZ discounts will be verified.

The participation fee includes:

  • attending the event on November 28 and 29
  • documentation of the conference
  • full-day catering on November 28 (buffet lunch, coffee breaks) and entry to the dinner and reception as well as other programmes in the evening
  • coffee break on November 29
  • the closing buffet dinner on November 29

The price does not include accommodation. Rooms may be reserved during the registration process.

Important information about prices and services

Participants will only be admitted to the event upon presentation of a valid ticket, which will be sent to the participant's email address provided upon registration.

Net Média Zrt. reserves the right to change the participation fees until the start of the event.

Please note that only payment by credit card will be accepted during the 48 hours prior to the event. Registration will close at 23:59 the day before the event.

* Attention! The above prices include an intermediated service (event catering), for which any discounts do not apply! Please note that discounts cannot be combined. In the case of group ticketing, Net Média Zrt. can only offer the applicable discount if the same person orders and pays for the number of tickets required to benefit from the group discount at any given time for the same event during one registration.

QR code ticket

Please note that after registration for the conference, a QR code will be sent to the participant email address provided during registration. Please bring this with you on the day of the event, either printed out or shown on your phone, to ensure entry. Registration, payment and cancellation terms

We will send you a confirmation of your online registration by e-mail. (During the registration, the data and the "Registration, payment and cancellation terms" must be approved.) After the "Registration, payment and cancellation terms", based on the data approved during the registration, we will send you a fee request by e-mail as an attachment to the confirmation letter, which we request to be paid within 8 working days of the registration confirmation. After the financial performance, our company will send you the download link of the issued remote invoice by e-mail to the remote invoice email address provided during registration, or to the contact person.

Online registration corresponds to an order. The condition for participation in the event is the advance payment of the participation fee. After the check-out is finalized and sent, we will not accept cancellations, and the participation ticket and accommodation fee will not be refunded. The participation fee and accommodation fee must be paid even in the event of absence from the event. After the participation fee and accommodation fee have been paid in full, the participation is transferable. Since the online application is equivalent to an order, we will not accept subsequent complaints - including references to the lack of transfer or absence from the event due to other reasons. In this case, the full amount must be paid.

ATTENTION! Net Média Zrt. reserves the right to change the date of the event. If the date of the event is changed, Net Média Zrt. will inform ticket buyers of the new date in due time. The purchased and paid tickets are valid on the modified date or, if the new date is not suitable, are transferable.

If the event cannot be held on the designated date due to legal or official restrictions or other external circumstances beyond the control of the parties, Net Média Zrt. will hold the event as an online conference. The participation fee for the online conference is 40% of the participation fee for the event with the same theme that cannot be held. Any payments exceeding this amount will be refunded by Net Média Zrt. within 20 days of the decision to hold the event online. The ticket cannot be refunded to an extent exceeding those stated in these terms and conditions, even if the event date is modified or held online!
