The experience continues this year! A tradition for the Hungarian real estate market that we brought to life together! We will meet at our Property X event in Balatonfüred for the fourth time now.
This year, again we are planning an event that offers strong professional content and is based on our traditional conferences, where meeting, networking, experience and a good atmosphere will all have the main role. All this is spiced up with an evening programme and extra networking possibilities on the shore of Lake Balaton. But we are not only combining professional content and the most important actors of the domestic real estate market with the representatives of the financing sector and the building industry which are closely connected to the market as a whole in a three-day event, but the classic city-centre conference with a more open, more bustling space and design which focus more on the partners and customers.
What is X?
The world’s real estate market is going through turbulent times and historical changes; there are so many novelties, information, regulations, tasks, difficulties, risks and challenges to which the response must be comprehensive and complex. Property X creates a platform for this, where a holistic aspect will prevail throughout the whole event. We are discussing burning topics such as the tasks of the energy crisis and greening bursting into the lives of almost every market player, the freshest trends and experiences of traditional and flexible office solutions, operation solutions, or X-industrial areas such as financing and the construction industry’s impact and views on the domestic real estate market. Participate in this exclusive professional and networking event that will bring together sectors and the world of real estate where you can meet your current and future professional and business partners in a special environment.

Újabb felejthetetlen élmény, rekord részvétel: a Portfolio Property X ingatlanpiaci csúcstalálkozó nemcsak hogy idén is hozta megszokott formáját, hanem rá tett még néhány lapáttal. Tavalyhoz képest megduplázódott azok száma, akik kerékpárral tették meg a Budapest és a füredi konferencia helyszín közötti utat, a szakma vezető szakértői pedig két napon át vitatták meg az Anna Grand Hotelben az iparágat foglalkoztató legégetőbb kérdéseket. Tovább zakatol a Portfolio Property X konferencia, ahol az első nap délutáni szekciójában többek között a balatoni hotelpiac, az országos lakáspiac, valamint az ingatlanbefektetési eszközosztályokban rejlő lehetőségek kerültek terítékre. Verőfényes napsütésben, óriási érdeklődés mellett zajlott a Portfolio X-Cycling Day, amelynek résztvevői nem kevesebbet vállaltak, mint hogy a fenntarthatóság, az ESG jegyében - és mindeközben egy adománygyűjtő kampány keretein belül egy jó ügyet szolgálva - kerékpárral teszik meg a Budapest-Balatonfüred közötti közel 150 kilométeres távot – vagy legalább annak egy részét − az ingatlanpiac aktualitásaira fókuszáló Portfolio Property X konferencia nulladik napján. A három év alatt mintegy tízszeresére bővülő esemény idén is beváltotta ígéretét: a szakma közel száz képviselője vett részt a különleges élményben, akik a sportteljesítmény mellett egyedülálló networking lehetőséggel is gazdagodtak, miközben idén már az adománygyűjtés és a jótékonyság is kulcsszerepet kapott az eseményen. We warmly welcome all interested individuals over the age of 16 who are interested in the event's professional program, would like to participate, and are open to meeting new partners and high-quality networking opportunities.
You can register for our events on the portfolio.hu/rendezvenyek page on the respective event's subpage by clicking the "registration" button. Due to GDPR compliance, we can only admit participants who have registered online in advance or on-site, and (in case of paid events) have a paid ticket to the event area. Online registration is possible until midnight the day before the event; after that, we welcome interested parties on-site, where our colleagues will gladly assist at the registration desk with ticket purchases or, in the case of free events, ticket collection.
In case of full capacity, registration on the website closes, and you can only join a waiting list. In this case, on-site ticket purchases are also suspended. Our colleagues will notify registered applicants on the list about possible participation opportunities depending on available spots.
The participation fee and other costs (room booking, extras, etc.) can be paid by bank transfer or credit card payment during the registration process. It is important to know that in the two days before the event, only credit card payment is available on our website. In the case of paid events, we cannot guarantee participation without payment of the participation fee.
On the day of the event, bank card payment is also available at the registration desk with the assistance of our colleagues.
Our system automatically sends the QR code after the payment has been received and accounted for. In case of free participation, the QR code for entry is sent immediately after registration. Please check the spam, social, and other subfolders in your email system as well. The email will arrive with the subject "Entry ticket for (event name)..." from the noreply@portfolio.hu email address.
If the QR code still hasn't arrived, please check the payment, as the entry QR code is only sent after the participation fee has been paid. After verifying and confirming the payment, please contact our colleagues at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address. We cannot provide information by phone; in such cases, we can only help in writing.
For free events, if you still cannot find the QR code after checking all folders, please contact our colleagues by email.
In case of interrupted card payment, please contact our colleagues at the above-mentioned email address. Upon request, they can issue an invoice or help restart the process.
Various discounts are available at our events; you can learn about these on the current event page by clicking here. Please enter the discount, VIP, or sponsorship contract codes in the unique codes field per participant during the process for validation.
Please check the Prices menu for the exact content of the ticket. The ticket price does not include accommodation costs. If the booking option is available at the event, you can select and book accommodation during the registration process.
The official language of our events is Hungarian. For foreign language presentations and international guests, we provide live or AI simultaneous interpretation in Hungarian and English. Please check the availability of this on the information tab, and our colleagues are happy to help at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address if you have questions.
The presentation materials, to which our speakers have given their consent, will be sent in the thank-you letter after the event. Video and audio recordings will not be shared from the event. Articles and analyses about the event from our experts can be read on Portfolio.hu, Agrárszektor.hu, and Pénzcentrum.hu.
Online registration is considered an order. Participation in the event requires prior payment of the participation fee. After finalizing and submitting the registration, we do not accept cancellations, we do not refund the ticket. The participation fee must be paid even in case of absence from the event.
After full payment of the participation fee, however, participation can be transferred. In case of a name change, please write to rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address, our colleagues will send a code with which the incoming participant must also be registered on our site, according to our data management policy. On the day of the event, on-site, colleagues can also help if a name change is necessary due to a sudden event.
