Starters E-Components Generators Automotive Hungary Kft. (S.E.G.A. Hungary Ltd.)
HR igazgató
I graduated as an economist from the University of Debrecen. After gaining a few years of experience in controlling and finance, I joined the world of HR 16 years ago. I have been the HR manager of S.E.G.A. Hungary, the Miskolc location of the international SEG Automotive group for ten years now, practically since its establishment. During this time, I had the opportunity to build a new organization, create and promote a new employer brand, outsource and then insource various HR activities, and personally support many colleagues in their careers. I try to manage all areas of HR every day with a handful of HR collegaues as cost-effectively as possible, while also paying attention to the “employee experience”. I believe that the workplace culture, the atmosphere that we ourselves and our leaders create, is one of the greatest retaining forces, and retaining good colleagues remains important even when technology is gaining more and more space in everyday operations – perhaps even more so then.

Back to Europe 2026

6th October 2026 Hotel InterContinental Budapest
Hungary is "back on the European map" after the April parliamentary elections, with the new government promising a more market-friendly economic policy and a more pro-EU foreign policy. This has also been reflected in the strength of the forint and Hungarian government bonds in the markets. The next few years could be a time of rapprochement with Europe and the possible introduction of the euro, which will affect the lives of all economic players. How can companies prepare for the introduction of the euro? What are the challenges for economic policy? How different the economic environment might be if we really do pay in euros - we are looking for answers to all these questions. We look at other countries' experiences of adopting the euro and the lessons and pitfalls that can be learned.
