With our first Property X event last year in Balatonfüred, we could create a new quality, something very different from the usual conferences for the most important players of the domestic real estate market. Together, alongside the market! We will not let it go to waste and we are going forward!
This year, again we are planning an event that offers strong professional content and is based on our traditional conferences, where meeting, networking, experience and a good atmosphere will all have an accentuated role. All this is spiced up with an evening programme and extra networking possibilities on the shore of Lake Balaton, in an elegant environment. But we are not only combining professional content and the most important actors of the domestic real estate market with the players of the financing sector and the building industry which are closely connected to the market as a whole in a two-day event, but the classic city-centre conference with a more open, more bustling, expo-like space and design which focuses more on the partners and customers.
What is X?
The world’s real estate market is going through turbulent times and historical changes, there are so many novelties, information, regulations, tasks, difficulties, risks and challenges, to which the response must be comprehensive and complex. Property X creates a platform for this, where a holistic aspect will prevail throughout the whole event. We are discussing burning topics such as the most important tasks of the energy crisis bursting into the lives of almost every market player, the freshest trends and experiences of traditional and flexible office solutions, operation solutions, or X-industrial areas such as financing and the impact and views of the construction industry on the domestic real estate market. Property X for Lake Balaton!
This year, we are preparing a special extra programme for our professional meeting in Füred. We are bringing to life a business and professional meeting place, the “Balaton Business Forum*”, dealing with one of our most important business and economic regions, lake Balaton and its surroundings, its future, development, possibilities and sustainable growth. Felpörgettük a hazai ingatlanpiacot! - Képriport az X-Cycling napról
A kevesebb néha több jeligére indult meg az első X-Cycling biciklitúra Budapestről Balatonfüredre, a Property X konferencia helyszínére. Hetekkel a 140 km-es kihívás előtt minden jel arra utalt, hogy tökéletesek lesznek a körülmények a túrához, végül ez máshogy lett. A résztvevők létszáma a nagy esőzés hírére az utolsó 1-2 napban ugyan lefeleződött, de ezzel arányosan nőtt az elszántság és a kalandvágy mindazokban, akik végül ott voltak és végig csinálták. A Magyar Zene Házától a füredi Anna Grand Hotelig tartó túrát a CPI Property Group és több lelkes kísérő is támogatta. A hagyományteremtés volt a cél, és az első év azonnal bebizonyította a mondást: nincs rossz idő, csak rossz öltözék. Egyesek már komoly fogadásokat is kötöttek a másnapi partin, hogy 2024-ben minimum 50 fős lesz a mezőny. Legyen nekik igazuk!
Ez a két dolog okozta leginkább a lakáspiaci visszaesést
Az orosz-ukrán háború kitörését követő egy évben tanúi lehettünk egy kisebb nyersanyagpiaci pániknak és az azt követő gyors megnyugvásnak. Bár most pánik nincs, de a gázpiaci deficit velünk marad még idén is. Mennyire indokolt a mostani nyugalom? Frequently Asked Questions
We warmly welcome all interested individuals over the age of 16 who are interested in the event's professional program, would like to participate, and are open to meeting new partners and high-quality networking opportunities.
You can register for our events on the portfolio.hu/rendezvenyek page on the respective event's subpage by clicking the "registration" button. Due to GDPR compliance, we can only admit participants who have registered online in advance or on-site, and (in case of paid events) have a paid ticket to the event area. Online registration is possible until midnight the day before the event; after that, we welcome interested parties on-site, where our colleagues will gladly assist at the registration desk with ticket purchases or, in the case of free events, ticket collection.
In case of full capacity, registration on the website closes, and you can only join a waiting list. In this case, on-site ticket purchases are also suspended. Our colleagues will notify registered applicants on the list about possible participation opportunities depending on available spots.
The participation fee and other costs (room booking, extras, etc.) can be paid by bank transfer or credit card payment during the registration process. It is important to know that in the two days before the event, only credit card payment is available on our website. In the case of paid events, we cannot guarantee participation without payment of the participation fee.
On the day of the event, credit card payment is also available on-site at the registration desk with our colleagues.
Our system automatically sends the QR code after the payment has been received and accounted for. In case of free participation, the QR code for entry is sent immediately after registration. Please check the spam, social, and other subfolders in your email system as well. The email will arrive with the subject "Entry ticket for (event name)..." from the noreply@portfolio.hu email address.
If the QR code still hasn't arrived, please check the payment, as the entry QR code is only sent after the participation fee has been paid. After verifying and confirming the payment, please contact our colleagues at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address. We cannot provide information by phone; in such cases, we can only help in writing.
For free events, if you still can't find the code after checking the folders, please contact our colleagues by email.
In case of interrupted card payment, please contact our colleagues at the above-mentioned email address. Upon request, they can issue an invoice or help restart the process.

The official language of our events is Hungarian. For foreign language presentations and international guests, we provide live or AI simultaneous interpretation in Hungarian and English. Please check the availability of this on the information tab, and our colleagues are happy to help at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address if you have questions.
The presentation materials, to which our speakers have given their consent, will be sent in the thank-you letter after the event. Video and audio recordings will not be shared from the event. Articles and analyses about the event from our experts can be read on Portfolio.hu, Agrárszektor.hu, and Pénzcentrum.hu.
Online registration is considered an order. Participation in the event requires prior payment of the participation fee. After finalizing and submitting the registration, we do not accept cancellations, we do not refund the ticket. The participation fee must be paid even in case of absence from the event.
After full payment of the participation fee, however, participation can be transferred. In case of a name change, please write to rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address, our colleagues will send a code with which the incoming participant must also be registered on our site, according to our data management policy. On the day of the event, on-site, colleagues can also help if a name change is necessary due to a sudden event.
