Dusan Tomic

Dušan is business professional with more than 16 years of experience in advisory and assurance business in big 4 companies in SEE region, 10 years on management positions, hands-on involvement in various types of advisory and assurance projects. Prior to joining EY, Dušan was Partner in KPMG Belgrade in Serbia and Montenegro, with previous international experience within KPMG London (Risk Advisory Department). Dusan has led and was involved in numerous transactions & M&A engagements in Western Balkans region. He has gained experience in the following industries: Financial Services, FMCG, Retail, TMT, Energy, Real Estate. He also participated in many privatization processes either on buy-side or sell-side, including preprivatization diagnostic engagements for the Government as well as so called post-privatization monitoring reviews. Dušan has been actively involved in NPL resolution activities in Serbia as counselling member of the NPL resolution working group founded by the Serbian Government, IMF EBRD and WB. Also many times participated as active member of various lawmaking working groups in Serbia.
