Tibor Tatár graduated as MSc in Architecture at the Technical University of Budapest in 1990, later he completed a two-year post-graduate course at the Budapest University of Economics, and obtained MSc in Real Estate degree at Nottingham Trent University in 1999. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as well as of the Hungarian Real Estate Association. He is vice-president of the Developers’ Roundtable Association, a professional organization of leading developers in Hungary.

Alexander Aronsohn FRICS is a chartered surveyor with long and wide ranging experience encompassing residential asset management, commercial and residential development, rating, national and international valuation and investment. He has worked as a property professional for over 20 years in a number of different specialisms, including at DTZ where he became an associate director in both their international valuation and international investment teams, focussing on cross border portfolio valuation and investment.More recently, he set up his own consultancy firm which provided international valuation and investment advice to a number of high profile clients and surveying firms. Alexander joined RICS in 2011 and is Director of Technical International Standards in the Professional Groups and Forums' team and currently sits on the various valuation boards, working groups and task forces panels.

Graduated from Corvinus University of Budapest (Economics), specialized in finance and sociology. Since 1996 he had been working at the Dunaholding Brókerház as a leading analyst, then as a DCEO of the company. Between 1996 and 1998 he was the managing director of the fund management of the company. Later he was an adviser at the Capital Partners Kft., then from 2002 the investment director of the DIMENZIÓ insurance group. He was a member of the Treasury investment and Insurer investment as well as the ALM committees of the PSZÁF (Financial Supervisory Authority).

Michael Edwards is a Partner of Cushman & Wakefield based in Budapest, where he is Head of Valuation & Advisory for Central Europe and Head of Capital Markets Group, Hungary. He has been based in the Central European region since 2002. Michael is experienced in valuing most classes of property across the region from The Baltics to The Balkans. He is also on the management board of the Budapest office.

Before joining IAD in 2015, Marián held a position of Senior Real Estate Lending manager for Tatra banka (member of Raiffeisen group) structuring senior and mezzanine deals for various investment and development projects across all asset classes. His career started in Cushman Wakefield´s Prague office as a retail consultant, later he helped to open Cushman´s Slovak office in 2008 whilst performing leasing of several major retail projects developed at that time in Slovakia.

HE Iain Lindsay OBEAmbassador of the United Kingdom to Hungary, British Embassy Budapest
Mr Iain Lindsay OBE was appointed Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Hungary from 30 March 2016. He previously held the position of Her Majesty’s Ambassador in Manama from 2011 to 2015. Iain joined the FCO in 1980 and has spent much of his career in Asia Pacific, serving in Tokyo (twice), Hong Kong and Canberra. He was Deputy Head of Mission and Political Counsellor in Bucharest from 2003-7, working on Romania’s accession to NATO and the EU. Prior to that Iain served as a foreign policy adviser to the Romanian Foreign Minister. He was Deputy Head of Mission and Director, Trade and Investment at the British Consulate General in Hong Kong from 2007-11. The Queen awarded him an OBE in 2002.

Noah M. Steinberg the Chairman and the CEO WING. He is an American citizen, but he has been working in Hungary since 1990, for Wallis, then with WING. Having over 15 years of experience in strengthening the cooperation among local and international companies, managing several companies present in the sales, services and real estate market. Works in his current position since 1999. He studied in Princeton college and at the Diplomat Academy of Vienna. He is married, the father of two, speaks 5 languages (English, German, French, Spanish, Hungarian).
Árpád Török MRICSChief Executive Officer, TriGranit
Árpád Török has been in the international property development and advisory business for more than 20 years including 15 years with TriGranit, having previously held senior management positions at Cushman & Wakefield in Hungary and Greece. He was appointed to CEO of TriGranit in 2009, The company has since succeeded to obtain over 1 billion Euros in financing and refinancing to develop around 950,000 m² of projects completed or currently under construction. Born in 1973, Mr. Török holds an MBA in European business administration from the University of Lincoln.

We will send a confirmation email in the case of online registration. (The data and the "Conditions of Registration, Payment and Cancellation" have to be accepted during registration.) We will send a Fee Requesting Notice by email based on the data that are approved in the course of registration after the acceptance the "Conditions of Registration, Payment and Cancellation". The fee has to be paid within 8 workdays of the confirmation of the registration. The invoice will be issued after payment. We will post the invoice to you to the address that is given in the registration. An online application is classified as an order. Paying the participation fee in advance is a prerequisite of participating at the event. We accept cancellations and provide a full refund - EXCLUSIVELY IN WRITING at the address of firstname.lastname@example.org - till 12 hours on the fifth workday before the event. In the case of cancellations made after this time the participation may be assigned, but the complete fee has to be paid. We are not in a position to accept cancellations made via phone or in any other verbal form. It is not possible to cancel participation in the case of registrations that are made after the cancellation deadline. In the case of registrations made 1 or 2 workdays before the event it may happen that the transfer of the participation fee will not be credited to our bank account yet, therefore in this case it is possible to transfer the fee on the first workday after the event. Since online applications are classified as orders, we are not in a position to accept ex post complaints - including absence from the event, because of the lack of transferring the fee - after the cancellation deadline. The complete fee has to be paid in this case as well - provided no written cancellation was received by us till the cancellation deadline.
