Stephen Young

Stephen heads up Residential Investment for Kajima Properties Europe, the pan-European real estate investor and developer. His role encompasses the creation of new joint ventures across PBSA, BTR and Senior Living sectors and the ongoing management of existing platforms. Before Kajima, Stephen worked as an investment manager for UK Build to Rent platform Fizzy Living, helping to build and manage a portfolio of UK BTR units on behalf of its capital partner, ADIA.
