Important information about the prices and services

We will only admit our participants by presenting a valid ticket for the event, which will be sent by our system to the participant's email address provided during registration.

Participation fee includes the coffee break and the full lunch. Language of the conference is English.

DISCOUNTS of participation fee:

- 10% discount is available for 2 registrations,
- 20% on 3 or more,

Discounts can not be combined.


We offer a special rate for conference participants at Hotel Park Royal Palace:

Price for participants:

  • Single room: EUR 135 + 10% VAT / room
  • Double room: EUR 155 + 10% VAT / room

Prices contains:

  • one night accomodation on 12nd October
  • breakfast and
  • tourist tax.

This special rate is available only with a reservation through our company. Therefore, we would like to kindly ask you to do not pay to the hotel directly. Extra services (minibar etc.) should be paid at the reception. Cancellation is possible until 5th October.

Application, Payment and Cancellation Conditions

We will confirm your online registration in an email. (During registration, you will have to approve your personal data and the present Conditions.) Once you consent to the Registration, payment and cancellation conditions, we will send you a proforma invoice attached to the confirmation email based on the data provided during registration. Please pay this invoice within 8 working days following confirmation of your registration. Once payment is received, we will send you the invoice to the address given at registration.

Online registration constitutes an order. Prior payment of the attendance fee is a prerequisite for participating at the event. Once registration is finalised and submitted, we will not accept cancellations and will not refund the ticket. The attendance fee is to be paid even in case of non-attendance. Registration may be transferred after the full attendance fee is paid. As online registration constitutes an order, we will not accept complaints after the event, including citing the lack of transfer or failure to attend the event for any other reason. The full amount will be due nevertheless.


Net Média Zrt. reserves the right to change the date of the event. In case of a change in the event date, Net Média Zrt. will inform ticket holders in due time. Tickets already ordered and paid will be valid for the new date or, if that date is not convenient, may be transferred.

In case the event can not be held at the scheduled date due to legal or administrative restrictions or other circumstances beyond the control of either party, Net Média Zrt. will hold the conference online. The participation fee for the online conference is 40% of the price of the cancelled event on the same topic. Net Média shall refund any payments previously made in excess of this within 20 days of its announcement on cancelling the event.
Refunds beyond the above will not be offered even if the event date is changed or the conference is moved to online format.
