Participation Fee and Discounts: 


The participation fee of the conference is EUR 299 + VAT or HUF 89,000 + VAT / person. The fee contains the documentation of the conference, the buffet lunch and the coffee breaks. The languages of the conference will be Hungarian and English. We provide a 10 % discount for the registration of two persons, a 10 % discount for RICS members and 25 % discount for the registration of three or more persons. Discounts cannot be combined.

SPECIAL PACKAGES WITH ACCOMODATION:

We offer special packages, which include the following:
- Accomodation for 1 night (Hotel InterContinental or Boutique Hotel Zara)
- Entrance to our Executive Pre-Conference Cocktail Party
- Conference ticket

We offer the following rates:

PACKAGE 1: Boutique Hotel Zara. Regular rate: EUR 365+VAT. RICS rate: EUR 310+VAT

PACKAGE 2: Hotel InterContinental. Regular rate: EUR 435+VAT. RICS rate: EUR 385+VAT.


Conditions of Registration, Payment and Cancellation

We will send a confirmation in email in the case of an on online registration. (The data and the "Conditions of Registration, Payment and Cancellation" have to be accepted during registration.) We will send a Fee Requesting Notice in email based on the data that are approved in the course of registration after the acceptance the "Conditions of Registration, Payment and Cancellation". The fee has to be paid within 8 workdays after the confirmation of the registration. The invoice will be issued after payment. We will post to the invoice to you to the address that is given on the occasion of registration. An online application is classified an order. Paying the participation fee in advance is a prerequisite of participating at the event.

We accept cancellations with refunding the complete participation fee - EXCLUSIVELY IN WRITING at the address of conference@portfolio.hu - till 12 hours on workday 5 before the event. In the case of cancellations made after this time the participation may be assigned, but the complete fee has to be paid. We are not in a position to accept cancellations made through phone or in any other verbal form. 
It is not possible to cancel participation in the case of registrations that are made after the cancellation deadline. In the case of registrations made 1-2 workdays before the event it may happen that the transfer of the participation fee will not be credited to our bank account, therefore in this case it is possible to transfer the fee on workday 1 after the event.

Since online applications are classified as orders, we are not in a position to accept ex post complaints - including absence from the event, because of the lack of transferring the fee - after the cancellation deadline. The complete fee has to be paid in this case as well - provided no written cancellation was received by us till the cancellation deadline.

      Frequently Asked Questions

      Participation Conditions, Registration Process and Deadline, and Actions in Case of Full Capacity

      We warmly welcome all interested individuals over the age of 16 who are interested in the event's professional program, would like to participate, and are open to meeting new partners and high-quality networking opportunities.

      You can register for our events on the portfolio.hu/rendezvenyek page on the respective event's subpage by clicking the "registration" button. Due to GDPR compliance, we can only admit participants who have registered online in advance or on-site, and (in case of paid events) have a paid ticket to the event area. Online registration is possible until midnight the day before the event; after that, we welcome interested parties on-site, where our colleagues will gladly assist at the registration desk with ticket purchases or, in the case of free events, ticket collection.

      In case of full capacity, registration on the website closes, and you can only join a waiting list. In this case, on-site ticket purchases are also suspended. Our colleagues will notify registered applicants on the list about possible participation opportunities depending on available spots.

      What payment methods are available? Can I pay on-site?

      The participation fee and other costs (room booking, extras, etc.) can be paid by bank transfer or credit card payment during the registration process. It is important to know that in the two days before the event, only credit card payment is available on our website. In the case of paid events, we cannot guarantee participation without payment of the participation fee.

      On the day of the event, bank card payment is also available at the registration desk with the assistance of our colleagues.

      What should I do if I didn't receive the QR code for entry?

      Our system automatically sends the QR code after the payment has been received and accounted for. In case of free participation, the QR code for entry is sent immediately after registration. Please check the spam, social, and other subfolders in your email system as well. The email will arrive with the subject "Entry ticket for (event name)..." from the noreply@portfolio.hu email address.

      If the QR code still hasn't arrived, please check the payment, as the entry QR code is only sent after the participation fee has been paid. After verifying and confirming the payment, please contact our colleagues at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address. We cannot provide information by phone; in such cases, we can only help in writing.

      For free events, if you still cannot find the QR code after checking all folders, please contact our colleagues by email.

      In case of interrupted card payment, please contact our colleagues at the above-mentioned email address. Upon request, they can issue an invoice or help restart the process.

      What ticket types and discounts are available? How can I use my discount or sponsor code?

      Various discounts are available at our events; you can learn about these on the current event page by clicking here.. Please enter the discount, VIP, or sponsorship contract codes in the unique codes field per participant during the process for validation.

      What does the ticket include, and does the participation fee cover accommodation?

      Please check the Prices menu for the exact content of the ticket. The ticket price does not include accommodation costs. If the booking option is available at the event, you can select and book accommodation during the registration process.

      In what language are the presentations and discussions held?

      The official language of our events is Hungarian. For foreign language presentations and international guests, we provide live or AI simultaneous interpretation in Hungarian and English. Please check the availability of this on the information tab, and our colleagues are happy to help at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address if you have questions.

      Will the presentations or professional content be available online?

      The presentation materials, to which our speakers have given their consent, will be sent in the thank-you letter after the event. Video and audio recordings will not be shared from the event. Articles and analyses about the event from our experts can be read on Portfolio.hu, Agrárszektor.hu, and Pénzcentrum.hu.

      Name change, cancellation

      Online registration is considered an order. Participation in the event requires prior payment of the participation fee. After finalizing and submitting the registration, we do not accept cancellations, we do not refund the ticket. The participation fee must be paid even in case of absence from the event.

      After full payment of the participation fee, however, participation can be transferred. In case of a name change, please write to rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address, our colleagues will send a code with which the incoming participant must also be registered on our site, according to our data management policy. On the day of the event, on-site, colleagues can also help if a name change is necessary due to a sudden event.
