Participants in Portfolio.hu’s 2005 autumn property investment conference, i.e. nearly 150 property experts, have expressed a demand for regular meetings. Our new venue was created to meet this exact need. A pleasant breakfast on round tables will spice up the morning event (from 8 to 10 A.M.) which will offer food for thought and stomach alike for real estate afficionados.The “main course" on the menu of the debuting Portfolio.hu Real Estate Breakfast is the assessment of the year 2005 and projections for 2006, with three acclaimed experts invited as guests.The interactive round table talk will be guided by:

    Cold and warm dishes will be available from 8:00, hence registration is open already from 7:45. We suggest arriving early so that you have time to mingle, exchange views and business cards with sector peers and talk shop before going deeper into property at the table. While the official programme ends at 10, the room and breakfast are available until 11:00.

    Price includes full american breakfast (cold and hot dishes), simultaneous interpretation (English-Hungarian), and free parking in the parking house of WestEnd City Center Mall.

    Discounts: 10% on 2-4, 20% on 5 or more registrations.

    We will send an invoice following your registration, please secure your place by the transfering the fee before the event. Cancellation with full refund is accepted before March 1, after that date we cannot refund fees, but the registration is transferable.

        Participation Conditions, Registration Process and Deadline, and Actions in Case of Full Capacity

        We warmly welcome all interested individuals over the age of 16 who are interested in the event's professional program, would like to participate, and are open to meeting new partners and high-quality networking opportunities.

        You can register for our events on the portfolio.hu/rendezvenyek page on the respective event's subpage by clicking the "registration" button. Due to GDPR compliance, we can only admit participants who have registered online in advance or on-site, and (in case of paid events) have a paid ticket to the event area. Online registration is possible until midnight the day before the event; after that, we welcome interested parties on-site, where our colleagues will gladly assist at the registration desk with ticket purchases or, in the case of free events, ticket collection.

        In case of full capacity, registration on the website closes, and you can only join a waiting list. In this case, on-site ticket purchases are also suspended. Our colleagues will notify registered applicants on the list about possible participation opportunities depending on available spots.

        What payment methods are available? Can I pay on-site?

        The participation fee and other costs (room booking, extras, etc.) can be paid by bank transfer or credit card payment during the registration process. It is important to know that in the two days before the event, only credit card payment is available on our website. In the case of paid events, we cannot guarantee participation without payment of the participation fee.

        On the day of the event, bank card payment is also available at the registration desk with the assistance of our colleagues.

        What should I do if I didn't receive the QR code for entry?

        Our system automatically sends the QR code after the payment has been received and accounted for. In case of free participation, the QR code for entry is sent immediately after registration. Please check the spam, social, and other subfolders in your email system as well. The email will arrive with the subject "Entry ticket for (event name)..." from the noreply@portfolio.hu email address.

        If the QR code still hasn't arrived, please check the payment, as the entry QR code is only sent after the participation fee has been paid. After verifying and confirming the payment, please contact our colleagues at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address. We cannot provide information by phone; in such cases, we can only help in writing.

        For free events, if you still cannot find the QR code after checking all folders, please contact our colleagues by email.

        In case of interrupted card payment, please contact our colleagues at the above-mentioned email address. Upon request, they can issue an invoice or help restart the process.

        What ticket types and discounts are available? How can I use my discount or sponsor code?

        Various discounts are available at our events; you can learn about these on the current event page by clicking here.. Please enter the discount, VIP, or sponsorship contract codes in the unique codes field per participant during the process for validation.

        What does the ticket include, and does the participation fee cover accommodation?

        Please check the Prices menu for the exact content of the ticket. The ticket price does not include accommodation costs. If the booking option is available at the event, you can select and book accommodation during the registration process.

        In what language are the presentations and discussions held?

        The official language of our events is Hungarian. For foreign language presentations and international guests, we provide live or AI simultaneous interpretation in Hungarian and English. Please check the availability of this on the information tab, and our colleagues are happy to help at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address if you have questions.

        Will the presentations or professional content be available online?

        The presentation materials, to which our speakers have given their consent, will be sent in the thank-you letter after the event. Video and audio recordings will not be shared from the event. Articles and analyses about the event from our experts can be read on Portfolio.hu, Agrárszektor.hu, and Pénzcentrum.hu.

        Name change, cancellation

        Online registration is considered an order. Participation in the event requires prior payment of the participation fee. After finalizing and submitting the registration, we do not accept cancellations, we do not refund the ticket. The participation fee must be paid even in case of absence from the event.

        After full payment of the participation fee, however, participation can be transferred. In case of a name change, please write to rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address, our colleagues will send a code with which the incoming participant must also be registered on our site, according to our data management policy. On the day of the event, on-site, colleagues can also help if a name change is necessary due to a sudden event.
