Real estate event of the year in Hungary. Portfolio Property Investment Forum is organized for the 10th time this year. An all-day professional program; parallel thematic sections in the afternoon; standing reception in the evening with surprises; awards and plenty of networking opportunities. Property Investment Forum is organized in association with RICS.
The event celebrating its anniversary of a round-number, introduces the prominent participants of the sector. During the pre-lunch section of the Property Investment Forum inviting 400 people, in the plenary section, the most important investors, developers, bankers and advisors discuss the current issues of the domestic real estate market and those of the CEE-region. In the afternoon, the experts discuss the issues of the particular market segments in 3 parallel sections.

Zoltán Bán started his professional career as a stock analyst and joined Portfolio.hu’s team in 2000 in this position. As the company grew his responsibilities grew with it. As of 1 October 2009 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of NET Média Zrt. (Portfolio.hu). Mr. Bán obtained his degree in economics at the Budapest University of Economic Sciences and Public Administration, specializing in finance, in 2001 and became a chartered economist at ELTE in 2006. Besides managing the company he keeps an eye on the current issues of his former fields of expertise, i.e. the financial sector and the real estate market.

Kata Mazsaroff became responsible for the office leasing team, specializing in Occupier Services at Colliers International in 2013. She began working for Colliers as a leasing Advisor in 2007 and during these years she had managed over 140,000 m2 office projects with over 130,000,000 € lease value. In 2015 she expanded her team’s service line with workplace solutions. She began her real estate carrier in 2006 in the datacenter field at Digital Realty Trust, REIT, located out of Boston where she was responsible for marketing and asset management activities along the east coast portfolio.

A graduate of the Tecnical University of Budapest (Diploma in Architecture, 1993.) and Nottingham Trent University (M.Sc. in Real Estate, 1999). Between 1993-96 he was Assistant Professor at the Urban Planning Department at the Tecnincal University of Budapest. Gábor Borbély has been working for CBRE, the world leading real estate advisor, since 2006. The senior analyst became an eastern European analyst, where he coordinated the work of the regional market research team for a year. In 2011 he got promoted to become the analysis and advice leader of the Budapest office. His duty was to lead the market research department, as well as the cooperation with the valuer and investor team regarding different advisory tasks. Besides the regular reports, he also takes personalized market research jobs as well. He became a deputy director in 2012. He is a member of RICS Hungary since June 2012.

He is the student of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. He obtained a degree of economics at Marx Károly University of Economics in 1987. He qualified to be a fully authorized and licensed registered stock market broker in 1991. He performed tutorial and research - organizer tasks in the University of Economics since 1987, between 1989 - 2001 he held several leading positions in the investment departments of many different credit institutions and financial enterprises.

Ákos Csobádi is the leader of the Project financing and syndication department Raiffeisen Bank Zrt.: responsible for real estate, LBO, energy related investments and other structured businesses, as well as syndicated credits. First she worked as a project manager at a residential property developer company, which reconstructed industrial buildings into fashionable residential buildings, after this she dealt with project marketing at one of the leading New York real estate agency, the Corcoran Group.

Balázs Czifra MRICSManaging Director, DTZ
Balázs Czifra has over fourteen years of experience in international real estate market in not only advisory but also in developers' environment. He became familiar with the fields of sales, valuation and property management in Hungary and in the CEU countries. Balázs joined to DTZ again in 2011, after being the managing director of SEGRO (flexible business space developer company) in Hungary and the EU Trade director at the same time. Before this he worked 9 years for DTZ, where he dealt with the Industrial real estate advisory department of Hungary, and then helped establishing the CEU advisory department. Balázs currently leads the Hungarian expert group of DTZ, covering 8 fields of business from agency to property operations. Balázs is responsible for the DTZ's high level of services, the strategic leading of the company, and the appropriate services of the international clients. Balázs has been a member of the RICS since 2001, and regular lecturer of conferences and university lectures.

He had several leading position at DTZ during the years, led the Czech and Slovakian department of the international investment group, and dealt with business developments in CEE. Sándor Finta graduated from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics as an architect in 2000. After spending three years in the Pálffy & Associates Inc. Architects & Planners (Budapest-Tokyo) design bureau he became the cofounder and leader of the sporaarchitects (www.sporaarchitects.hu) architect design bureau in Budapest, the work of which is regularly published in several local and international media. Tibor Földi is the CEO of the Cordia Zrt., subsidiary of the Futureal group, dealing with residential real estate development. He started at Futureal group in 2000 as the director of the residential property department, and became the CEO of Cordia Zrt. in 2006. We accept cancellations with refunding the complete participation fee - EXCLUSIVELY IN WRITING at the address of email@example.com - till 12 hours on workday 5 before the event. In the case of cancellations made after this time the participation may be assigned, but the complete fee has to be paid. We are not in a position to accept cancellations made through phone or in any other verbal form. It is not possible to cancel participation in the case of registrations that are made after the cancellation deadline. In the case of registrations made 1-2 workdays before the event it may happen that the transfer of the participation fee will not be credited to our bank account, therefore in this case it is possible to transfer the fee on workday 1 after the event.
