How to participate: The event is primarily attended in person, but online streaming is also available. In both cases, admission is by registration and seating on site is limited.
Please include in the comment field when you register the personal data below:
- date of birth
- nationality
- type of ID
- number of ID
- date of expiry of ID
As for security reasons, any personal data that is handed over to the venue in advance will be deleted from the Organiser's system at the time of handover. The host venue's privacy notice is available on the European Parliament's website:

Those guests who have a permanent badge issued by the European Parliament, do not need to provide their ID or Passport numbers. If you hold a permanent badge, please state in the comment field that you have an EP-issued document.
Please note that the Organiser will not cover travel, accommodation or any other costs incurred.
We would like to inform all visitors that following registration to the conference, we will send out a QR code to the email address provided during registration. Please bring this code with you, either printed out or just showing it on your phone, in order to be admitted to the event.
