How to participate: The event is in-person only. No livestream will be provided. Admission is subject to registration and available seating capacity.
Please include your ID/passport number in the comment field when you register, as for security reasons, any ID/passport number that is handed over to the venue in advance will be deleted from the Organiser's system at the time of handover. Those guests who have a permanent badge issued by the European Parliament, do not need to provide their ID or Passport numbers. If you hold a permanent badge, please state in the comment field that you have an EP-issued document.
Please note that the Organiser will not cover travel, accommodation or any other costs incurred.
We would like to inform all visitors that following registration to the conference, we will send out a QR code to the email address provided during registration. Please bring this code with you, either printed out or just showing it on your phone, in order to be admitted to the event.
