Portfolio-MAGE Automotive Industry 2023

Portfolio and MAGE have been successfully organising joint events since 2015 – in 2023, our conference is again held as part of the INDUSTRY DAYS’ 10th International Trade Fair and AUTOMOTIVE HUNGARY International Automotive Supplier Trade Fair’s official programme, at the Hungexpo, on the 17th of May. In the automotive industry, slowly crisis is becoming the new normal... The soaring energy prices and new supply security aspects have turned corporate energy procurement upside down in this energy-intensive sector as well. Everyone is looking for a solution to decrease vulnerability, be it a renegotiation of their contract, dealing with increasingly complicated commerce constructions, or introducing new energy efficiency technologies. Who decides based on what, and how do energy’s consumer and trader sides collaborate? Which are the realistic possibilities for reducing energy dependency and increasing the use of clean energy? What technologies, digitalisation developments, and HR tools can help us find a way out of the crisis, and where will the resources come from? Ők mentik meg a munkaerőhiánytól a hazai vállalatokat 

A magyar munkaerőpiac évek óta jelentős munkaerőhiánnyal küzd, gyakorlatilag nem maradt mára olyan terület, ahol ne lennének betöltetlen állások százai szabadon. Az elmúlt években több jogszabály is segítette az Európai Unión kívülről érkezők munkáltatását, amely hamar meg is mutatkozott a számokon: soha annyi külföldi - több mint 70 ezer - nem dolgozott Magyarországon, mint 2022-ben. A munkaerőközvetítők szerepe megkerülhetetlen, hiszen csak rajtuk keresztül lehet koordináltan, biztos garanciák mellett akár többszáz fősre is duzzadó munkaerőt toborozni külföldön.

Az energiaválság miatt a földgáz és az áram ára is az égbe szökött, nem volt ritka, hogy a vállalatok hússzoros árat is fizethettek az energiáért. A költségek ugyan csökkenésnek indultak, de a Portfolio – MAGE Járműipar 2023 szakértői ugyanakkor egyetértettek abban, hogy az olcsó energia korának vége, és a néhány évvel ezelőtti árakhoz képest is jelentősen magasabb szinten fognak stabilizálódni. Az energiaintenzív iparágak számára ez súlyos versenyképességi hátrányt jelent, különösen úgy, hogy jelentős, akár 40-50 százalékos energiaköltségfelárral is számolni lehetett a nyugat-európai szereplőkkel szemben. Mit tehet ilyenkor egy vállalat, hogy talpon maradjon? Mi jöhet a tűzoltás után, milyen stratégiát kell folytatnia a hosszútávon is sikeres működéshez?

Az elmúlt évek piaci folyamatai miatt igen nehéz helyzetbe került az EU és Magyarország autóipara is. A költségek drasztikus növekedése és az elektrifikáció is kihívás elé állítja a szereplőket, de egyben történelmi lehetőséget is jelent számukra. Magyarország kulcsszereplő lehet az európai elektromos autó gyártásban, az újonnan megjelent ázsiai akkumulátoripari vállalatok már elkezdték keresni a hazai beszállítókat, szándékaik szerint a termelési lánc minél nagyobb szeletét hoznák az országba. Discounts cannot be combined! In case of a group ticket purchase, Net Média Zrt. is only able to offer a discount if the same person orders and pays for the amount of tickets sufficient to warrant a group discount for the same event during one registration. Following the successful registration, the Organiser has the right to verify the eligibility of all registered persons who have applied to the discount. In case it is found during the verification that a person does not meet the requirements for discounts during registration, the Organiser reserves the right to amend the fee claim issued to the name of the registrant to reflect the actual situation.

      Participation conditions, registration process and deadline, as well as actions in case of full capacity

      We warmly welcome all interested individuals over the age of 16 who are interested in the event's professional program, would like to participate, and are open to meeting new partners and high-quality networking opportunities.

      You can register for our events on the portfolio.hu/rendezvenyek page on the respective event's subpage by clicking the "registration" button. Due to GDPR compliance, we can only admit participants who have registered online in advance or on-site, and (in case of paid events) have a paid ticket to the event area. Online registration is possible until midnight the day before the event; after that, we welcome interested parties on-site, where our colleagues will gladly assist at the registration desk with ticket purchases or, in the case of free events, ticket collection.

      In case of full capacity, registration on the website closes, and you can only join a waiting list. In this case, on-site ticket purchases are also suspended. Our colleagues will notify registered applicants on the list about possible participation opportunities depending on available spots.

      What payment methods are available? Can I pay on-site?

      The participation fee and other costs (room booking, extras, etc.) can be paid by bank transfer or credit card payment during the registration process. It is important to know that in the two days before the event, only credit card payment is available on our website. In the case of paid events, we cannot guarantee participation without payment of the participation fee.

      On the day of the event, credit card payment is also available on-site at the registration desk with our colleagues.

      What should I do if I didn't receive the QR code for entry?

      Our system automatically sends the QR code after the payment has been received and accounted for. In case of free participation, the QR code for entry is sent immediately after registration. Please check the spam, social, and other subfolders in your email system as well. The email will arrive with the subject "Entry ticket for (event name)..." from the noreply@portfolio.hu email address.

      If the QR code still hasn't arrived, please check the payment, as the entry QR code is only sent after the participation fee has been paid. After verifying and confirming the payment, please contact our colleagues at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address. We cannot provide information by phone; in such cases, we can only help in writing.

      For free events, if you still can't find the code after checking the folders, please contact our colleagues by email.

      In case of interrupted card payment, please contact our colleagues at the above-mentioned email address. Upon request, they can issue an invoice or help restart the process.

      What ticket types and discounts are available? How can I use my discount or sponsorship code?

      Various discounts are available at our events; you can learn about these on the current event page by clicking here.. Please enter the discount, VIP, or sponsorship contract codes in the unique codes field per participant during the process for validation.

      What does the ticket include, and does the participation fee include accommodation?

      Please check the Prices menu for the exact content of the ticket. The ticket price does not include accommodation costs. If the booking option is available at the event, you can select and book accommodation during the registration process.

      In what language are the presentations and discussions held?

      The official language of our events is Hungarian. For foreign language presentations and international guests, we provide live or AI simultaneous interpretation in Hungarian and English. Please check the availability of this on the information tab, and our colleagues are happy to help at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address if you have questions.

      Will the presentations or professional content be available online?

      The presentation materials, to which our speakers have given their consent, will be sent in the thank-you letter after the event. Video and audio recordings will not be shared from the event. Articles and analyses about the event from our experts can be read on Portfolio.hu, Agrárszektor.hu, and Pénzcentrum.hu.

      Name change, cancellation

      Online registration is considered an order. Participation in the event requires prior payment of the participation fee. After finalizing and submitting the registration, we do not accept cancellations, we do not refund the ticket. The participation fee must be paid even in case of absence from the event.

      After full payment of the participation fee, however, participation can be transferred. In case of a name change, please write to rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address, our colleagues will send a code with which the incoming participant must also be registered on our site, according to our data management policy. On the day of the event, on-site, colleagues can also help if a name change is necessary due to a sudden event.
