Important information about the prices and services

We will only admit our participants by presenting a valid ticket for the event, which will be sent by our system to the participant's email address provided during registration.

Net Média Zrt. reserves the right to change prices before the event.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR BOOKING

Online registration does NOT include the possibility of reserving a room. Accommodation at the Four Points by Sheraton Kecskemét Hotel and Conference Centre is charged and can be booked individually at the following email address: reservation@fourpointskecskemet.com. Please let them know you will attend the Automotive Industry Conference 2024. This information is not comprehensive; please contact the hotel directly for details.

*Above prices contain intermediate services (catering), to which we are not able to apply discounts. Discounts cannot be combined! In case of a group ticket purchase, Net Média Zrt. is only able to offer a discount if the same person orders and pays for the amount of tickets sufficient to warrant a group discount for the same event during one registration. Following the successful registration, the Organiser has the right to verify the eligibility of all registered persons who have applied to the discount. In case it is found during the verification that a person does not meet the requirements for discounts during registration, the Organiser reserves the right to amend the fee claim issued to the name of the registrant to reflect the actual situation.

Fee includes: conference documentation, full lunch and coffee break, dinner, reception.

Application, Payment and Cancellation Conditions

We will confirm your online registration in an email. (During registration, you will have to approve your personal data and the present Conditions.) Once you consent to the Registration, payment and cancellation conditions, we will send you a proforma invoice attached to the confirmation email based on the data provided during registration. Please pay this invoice within 8 working days following confirmation of your registration. Once payment is received, we will send you the invoice to the address given at registration.

Online registration constitutes an order. Prior payment of the attendance fee is a prerequisite for participating at the event. Once registration is finalised and submitted, we will not accept cancellations and will not refund the ticket. The attendance fee is to be paid even in case of non-attendance. Registration may be transferred after the full attendance fee is paid. As online registration constitutes an order, we will not accept complaints after the event, including citing the lack of transfer or failure to attend the event for any other reason. The full amount will be due nevertheless.

ATTENTION!

Net Média Zrt. reserves the right to change the date of the event. In case of a change in the event date, Net Média Zrt. will inform ticket holders in due time. Tickets already ordered and paid will be valid for the new date or, if that date is not convenient, may be transferred.

In case the event can not be held at the scheduled date due to legal or administrative restrictions or other circumstances beyond the control of either party, Net Média Zrt. will hold the conference online. The participation fee for the online conference is 40% of the price of the cancelled event on the same topic. Net Média shall refund any payments previously made in excess of this within 20 days of its announcement on cancelling the event.
Refunds beyond the above will not be offered even if the event date is changed or the conference is moved to online format.
