But finding the best solutions and newest developments is not easy. Our Construction Technology & Innovation conference wishes to help in this and bring together players year by year.
After a decade of rapid growth in the domestic construction industry followed by recent challenging years, the time has come when only the designers and contractors equipped with the newest technologies and innovations, the most comprehensive knowledge and solutions can operate, find work, and develop efficiently. Jelentős változásokat hozhat 2025 a hazai építőiparban -Mennyire optimista most a szektor?
Az épületépítési ágazat termelése az idei január-szeptember közötti időszakban 2,7%-kal elmaradt az egy évvel korábbi értéktől, és bár az április-májusi adatok kedvezőbbek voltak, júniusban ismét kisebb visszaesés történt, ami az azt követő három hónapban is folytatódott. Szeptemberben így már 17%-os volt a visszaesés. Amennyiben az utolsó negyedévben az említett kedvezőtlen tendencia marad meghatározó, akkor valószínűsíthető, hogy 2024 egészét tekintve az ágazat negatív adattal zárja majd az évet - derül ki az Újház Építőipari Trendmonitor legfrissebb számaiból, ami az aktuális hangulat mellett az előttünk álló időszakra is kitért.

Az állami megbízások hiánya is jelentősen hozzájárult az építőipar utóbbi időben tapasztalt gyengélkedéséhez, ugyanakkor a jövőbe tekintve vannak bizakodásra okot adó jelek. Eközben a munkaerőhiány okozta nehézségeket újfajta kihívások váltották fel, és az iparág zöld átállására is egyre nagyobb figyelmet kell fordítani. Hogy mindezek tekintetében a jövőre nézve mennyire lehetünk optimisták, elérte-e már a mélypontot a szektor, és mennyire élénkítheti fel a hamarosan induló Vidéki Otthonfelújítási Program és az egyszerűsített Energiahatékonysági Otthonfelújítási Program az építőanyagok iránti keresletet, arról Rázsóné Szórády Csillát, az Újház Zrt. vezérigazgatóját kérdeztük, aki a november 27-i Construction Technology & Innovation konferenciának is előadója lesz.
Kiderült, miért keresnek jobban nyugaton az építőipari dolgozók
A hatékonyság nem tartozik az építőipar erősségei közé, éppen ezért kiemelten fontos, hogy az ágazat szereplői felismerjék és orvosolják a termelékenység növelését hátráltató problémákat. A PlanRadar 10 európai országban – köztük hazánkban – 450 szakértő bevonásával végzett átfogó kutatást, hogy azonosítsa az okokat és bemutassa a megoldási lehetőségeket. A felmérés magyarországi résztvevői három termelékenységi problémát emeltek ki, ami komoly szerepet játszik abban is, hogy az itteni építőipari bérek jelentősen elmaradnak a svájci, ausztriai és németországi szinttől.
Váratlan fordulat az építőiparban: a határon túli fiatalok már nem jönnek Magyarországra dolgozni
Jelentős kihívásokkal néz szembe az utóbbi években a hazai építőipar, így talán soha nem volt még akkora jelentősége a technológiai újításoknak, mint manapság. Hol tartunk most az építőipari ciklusban? Elértük már a mélypontot vagy továbbra is lefelé tartunk? Mire számíthatunk a következő években az iparág és a technológiai újítások terén? We warmly welcome all interested individuals over the age of 16 who are interested in the event's professional program, would like to participate, and are open to meeting new partners and high-quality networking opportunities.
You can register for our events on the portfolio.hu/rendezvenyek page on the respective event's subpage by clicking the "registration" button. Due to GDPR compliance, we can only admit participants who have registered online in advance or on-site, and (in case of paid events) have a paid ticket to the event area. Online registration is possible until midnight the day before the event; after that, we welcome interested parties on-site, where our colleagues will gladly assist at the registration desk with ticket purchases or, in the case of free events, ticket collection.
In case of full capacity, registration on the website closes, and you can only join a waiting list. In this case, on-site ticket purchases are also suspended. Our colleagues will notify registered applicants on the list about possible participation opportunities depending on available spots.
The participation fee and other costs (room booking, extras, etc.) can be paid by bank transfer or credit card payment during the registration process. It is important to know that in the two days before the event, only credit card payment is available on our website. In the case of paid events, we cannot guarantee participation without payment of the participation fee.
On the day of the event, bank card payment is also available at the registration desk with the assistance of our colleagues.
Our system automatically sends the QR code after the payment has been received and accounted for. In case of free participation, the QR code for entry is sent immediately after registration. Please check the spam, social, and other subfolders in your email system as well. The email will arrive with the subject "Entry ticket for (event name)..." from the noreply@portfolio.hu email address.
If the QR code still hasn't arrived, please check the payment, as the entry QR code is only sent after the participation fee has been paid. After verifying and confirming the payment, please contact our colleagues at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address. We cannot provide information by phone; in such cases, we can only help in writing.
For free events, if you still cannot find the QR code after checking all folders, please contact our colleagues by email.
In case of interrupted card payment, please contact our colleagues at the above-mentioned email address. Upon request, they can issue an invoice or help restart the process.

The official language of our events is Hungarian. For foreign language presentations and international guests, we provide live or AI simultaneous interpretation in Hungarian and English. The presentation materials, to which our speakers have given their consent, will be sent in the thank-you letter after the event. Video and audio recordings will not be shared from the event. Articles and analyses about the event from our experts can be read on Portfolio.hu, Agrárszektor.hu, and Pénzcentrum.hu.
Online registration is considered an order. Participation in the event requires prior payment of the participation fee. After finalizing and submitting the registration, we do not accept cancellations, we do not refund the ticket. The participation fee must be paid even in case of absence from the event.
After full payment of the participation fee, however, participation can be transferred. In case of a name change, please write to rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address, our colleagues will send a code with which the incoming participant must also be registered on our site, according to our data management policy. On the day of the event, on-site, colleagues can also help if a name change is necessary due to a sudden event.
