Among these increasingly difficult circumstances, we regard the Property Awards as an oasis of excellent real estate market achievements, a celebration of the profession, and the basis of our faith in the future. The awards ceremony will be held, in a more worthy manner, as an individual event for the second time. Don’t miss out on our festive and informative event, where we will honour each other and ourselves, together with the most important players of the Hungarian real estate industry, in one place, in person, to close another difficult, challenging, but ultimately successful period, where we have seen countless outstanding achievements. The last few years have been almost all about increasing challenges with many difficulties and resignation, but the real estate market and the real estate industry shine on the sky of the economy as a fixed star since there has always been and will always be a need for renovation, operation, reconstruction, the management and financing of these, and making deals happen.
We have a reason to celebrate. Let’s cheers to this!
This year, again, we will hand out the awards for the most special achievements, solutions, and actors, not at the end of the Property Investment Forum but as part of a separate networking event, with the help of a jury of eminent representatives of the profession.

Ezek voltak a Property Awards 2023 díjátadó legjobb pillanatai (képek)
December 5-én rendeztük meg a Portfolio Property Awards eseményünket, ahol a szakmai program mellett a díjátadó és a networking volt a főszerepben. Az ingatlanpiacról, a makrogazdasági és geopolitikai kilátásokról, valamint az EU-s forrásokról szóló beszélgetések, és előadások után összesen 17 kategóriában díjaztuk a 2023-as év legkülönlegesebb és legmeghatározóbb ingatlanpiaci projektjeit, tranzakcióit, cégeit. A közös ünneplésnek az esti állófogadás, a gin bár, valamint a champagne és whisky kóstoló adott keretet. Gratulálunk a győzteseknek, az összes hosszabb és rövidebb listára felkerült indulónak és köszönjük mindenkinek, aki eljött őket megünnepelni és a kapcsolatait építeni! Jövőre összesen négy ingatlanpiaci, és két építőipari konferenciával hozzuk össze a szakmát!
Ők lettek 2023-ban az ingatlanpiac legjobbjai!
Már a tizennegyedik alkalommal osztottuk ki a Portfolio Property Awards díjait, ezel elismerve a 2023-as év legkülönlegesebb és legmeghatározóbb ingatlanpiaci projektjeit és tranzakcióit. A 7 tagból álló szakmai zsűri döntött az év PM és FM cégéről, az év finanszírozójáról, az év lakóprojektjéről (100 lakás felett és alatt), az év irodabérleti és raktárbérleti tranzakciójáról, valamint hotelprojektjéről, az év ipariingatlan-fejlesztéséről, illetve irodafejlesztéséről, az év befektetési tranzakciójáról (belföldön és külföldön), az év ingatlanpiaci M&A üzletéről és az év ingatlanpiaci tehetségéről. Díjaztuk továbbá az év legjobb koncepcióját is, amelyről a Property Awards résztvevői szavazhattak. Kiosztottunk egy emlékdíjat, valamint egy Portfolio különdíjat is.
Eljött az ingatlanpiaci optimizmus ideje?
Az európai teljes befektetési forgalom éves szinten 55 százalékkal csökkent, a legjobban nem meglepő módon a svájci piac teljesít, a legnagyobb mértékben viszont azok estek vissza, ahol nagyon erős volt 2021 és 2022, például Németország, ami Magyarország számára is rossz hír. Hogy mit hoz a jövő a hazai ingatlanpiac számára, a makrogazdasági kilátások tekintetében mennyire lehetünk optimisták és mikor jöhetnek az EU-s pénzek, arról a Portfolio Property Awards 2023 konferencián beszéltek a szakértők.
Megjelent a legújabb Top50! - Ők az ingatlanpiac legfontosabb szereplői 2023-ban!
Nyolcadik alkalommal mutatjuk be a hazai ingatlanpiac legfontosabb látható szereplőit, akik nevéhez a legtöbb és legfontosabb események kötődnek. Az elmúlt 8 évben eddig 123-an szerepeltek a listán, az idei 50-ből pedig 16-an eddig minden alkalommal felkerültek. Ez 2 fővel kevesebb, mint tavaly, így tovább fogyott azok listája, akik eddig minden évben szerepeltek a Top50-ben. A tavalyi 10 után idén „mindössze” 8 új szereplőt találhatunk, a hölgyek aránya viszont sajnos még mindig 10% alatt maradt, de többek is nagyon stabilak a listán! Jó lapozgatást és olvasgatást az idei szereplők megismeréséhez.
Megvan a lista! A hazai ingatlanpiac legkülönlegesebb projektjei sorakoznak fel
Megvannak a 2023-as év legkülönlegesebb ingatlanpiaci projektjei, cégei, teljesíményei, és szereplői: elkészült a Property Awards shortlistje! Összesen 16+1 kategóriában gyűjtöttük össze a kiválóságokat az ingatlanpiac legkülönfélébb szegmenseiből, ők azok, akik november 30-án a szakmai zsűri elé kerülnek, és akik közül a győzteseket megünnepeljük december 5-én a Property Awards konferencia és díjátadó eseményünkön.
Decemberben több százmillió euró és több százezer négyzetméter sorsa dől el az ingatlanpiacon
Válsághangulat ide vagy oda, a hazai ingatlanpiac 2023-ban is bővelkedett új kereskedelmi és lakóprojektekben, de nemcsak átadókra, hanem jó néhány adásvételre is sor került az elmúlt egy évben. Az ipari-, és az irodapiaci bérleti tranzakciók mellett a belföldi és a külföldi befektetések, cégfelvásárlások is megdolgoztatták a tanácsadókat, finanszírozókat, ingatlankezelőket, de az épületüzemeltetőknek sem volt könnyű dolga az energiapánik kirobbanása óta. Nem csak lekövettük a legmeghatározóbb magyarországi ingatlanpiaci eseményeket (és néha a külföldi üzleteket is) 2022 végétől, de egyúttal díjazzuk is összesen 17 kategóriában a legkiválóbb, legsikeresebb projekteket, személyeket. November 17-ig várjuk a projektek, ingatlanos cégek bemutatását, hiszen idén már nem csak az Év Ingatlanpiaci Tehetsége díjra fogadunk be pályázati anyagokat, hanem még további 13 kategóriában. Nevezz, jelölj, jelentkezz! Több százezer négyzetméternyi fejlesztést, és több százmillió euró értékű ingatlanprojektet ismer el a zsűri az ünnepélyes díjátadón, amire december 5-én kerül sor a Portfolio Property Awards gálán, ahol idén még egyszer összegyűlik a hazai ingatlanszakma, hogy méltón lezárja a 2023-as évet.

Folytatódik a kihívássorozat: az elmúlt két-három év sokkszerű változást hozott az egész világ gazdasága és társadalma számára, az infláció, a nehéz gazdasági helyzet, a klímaválság és az újabb háború azonban továbbra sem hagyja, hogy a piacok hátradőlve várjanak a csodára. A folyamatos változásra reagálnia, alkalmazkodnia kell minden iparág minden egyes szereplőjének, méghozzá elég gyorsan. Igen, még az ingatlanpiacnak is, ami tipikusan nem a villámgyors reakciókról híres. We warmly welcome all interested individuals over the age of 16 who are interested in the event's professional program, would like to participate, and are open to meeting new partners and high-quality networking opportunities.
You can register for our events on the portfolio.hu/rendezvenyek page on the respective event's subpage by clicking the "registration" button. Due to GDPR compliance, we can only admit participants who have registered online in advance or on-site, and (in case of paid events) have a paid ticket to the event area. Online registration is possible until midnight the day before the event; after that, we welcome interested parties on-site, where our colleagues will gladly assist at the registration desk with ticket purchases or, in the case of free events, ticket collection.
In case of full capacity, registration on the website closes, and you can only join a waiting list. In this case, on-site ticket purchases are also suspended. Our colleagues will notify registered applicants on the list about possible participation opportunities depending on available spots.

How to Participate: Offline
The participation fee and other costs (room booking, extras, etc.) can be paid by bank transfer or credit card payment during the registration process. It is important to know that in the two days before the event, only credit card payment is available on our website. In the case of paid events, we cannot guarantee participation without payment of the participation fee.
On the day of the event, bank card payment is also available at the registration desk with the assistance of our colleagues.
Our system automatically sends the QR code after the payment has been received and accounted for. In case of free participation, the QR code for entry is sent immediately after registration. Please check the spam, social, and other subfolders in your email system as well. The email will arrive with the subject "Entry ticket for (event name)..." from the noreply@portfolio.hu email address.
If the QR code still hasn't arrived, please check the payment, as the entry QR code is only sent after the participation fee has been paid. After verifying and confirming the payment, please contact our colleagues at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address. We cannot provide information by phone; in such cases, we can only help in writing.
For free events, if you still cannot find the QR code after checking all folders, please contact our colleagues by email.
In case of interrupted card payment, please contact our colleagues at the above-mentioned email address. Upon request, they can issue an invoice or help restart the process.

The official language of our events is Hungarian. For foreign language presentations and international guests, we provide live or AI simultaneous interpretation in Hungarian and English. Please check the availability of this on the information tab, and our colleagues are happy to help at rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address if you have questions.
The presentation materials, to which our speakers have given their consent, will be sent in the thank-you letter after the event. Video and audio recordings will not be shared from the event. Articles and analyses about the event from our experts can be read on Portfolio.hu, Agrárszektor.hu, and Pénzcentrum.hu.
Online registration is considered an order. Participation in the event requires prior payment of the participation fee. After finalizing and submitting the registration, we do not accept cancellations, we do not refund the ticket. The participation fee must be paid even in case of absence from the event.
After full payment of the participation fee, however, participation can be transferred. In case of a name change, please write to rendezveny@portfolio.hu email address, our colleagues will send a code with which the incoming participant must also be registered on our site, according to our data management policy. On the day of the event, on-site, colleagues can also help if a name change is necessary due to a sudden event.
