Alex Lund

Alex is a Director at CBRE Investment Management, based in London and working in the European research team. He specialises in research and investment strategy across both the commercial and living sectors, advising across CBRE IM’s European direct and indirect product range. He is responsible for the production of thematic views on the economic and investment outlook while offering market insight and data-driven analysis to both screen and drive conviction in investment opportunities. Alex has worked in real estate research since 2012, with former positions at fund manager M&G Real Estate advising on European core, long income, and value add strategies, as well as consultancy firm PMA where he developed and presented market forecasts to clients from the fund management and banking sectors. Alex is a CFA charter holder, holds the IMC and has a first‐class degree in History from the University of Leeds. He is a member of the CFA UK Society, Investment Property Forum (IPF) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).
