With a civil project management master’s degree and a solid background in construction management, Andrei is now part of CTP's main business development and commercial leasing team for the entire Romanian portfolio of CTP, in all 15 cities. Andrei brings his enthusiasm and his fresh mentality to each new development, along with his expertise in the field, having already delivered multiple projects of over 200,000 sqm industrial and logistics spaces and leased, together with the CTP business development team, a record volume of over 1,000,000 sqm during the last three years. With proven abilities in managing construction projects from start to finish and addressing clients’ needs, including build-to-suit projects, Andrei continuously seeks and sets up the stage for new business development in Romania.
