Balázs Veszprémi

Balázs Veszprémi, a digital technology executive, currently serves as the Founding Managing Director of ARTEMIS Technologies Zrt., a digital spin-off of ALTEO Nyrt. ARTEMIS develops a modular, cloud-native software platform that delivers one of the region’s most advanced solutions for energy trading, production management, and energy storage optimization. Under Balázs’s leadership, ARTEMIS has become the digital competence center within the ALTEO Group, playing a key role in driving technological renewal in the Hungarian energy sector. Previously, he was the Managing Director of IncepTech, which—under his leadership—grew into a regionally recognized software and advisory powerhouse. Following its acquisition by McKinsey & Company, IncepTech became part of the firm’s global digital portfolio and laid the foundation for McKinsey Digital’s first EMEA Studio in Budapest. In addition to building digital startups and corporate spin-offs, Balázs has led large-scale digital transformation programs for multiple Fortune 500 companies. He has designed and implemented international-scale platforms and digital capability centers across the fintech, energy, pharma, and media sectors.
