Daniel Küpper

Daniel Küpper is a Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group in Cologne, where he co-leads BCG’s global Manufacturing and Supply Chain team. He specializes in driving digital transformation across manufacturing, with a focus on Industry 4.0, AI, advanced analytics, robotics, and additive manufacturing. Daniel has helped leading organizations design and implement “factories of the future,” leveraging cutting-edge technology to optimize operations and unlock new value. Prior to joining BCG, he conducted research at MIT and RWTH Aachen University.
