David Vais

David is the founder of Logport Development s.r.o., where he also acts as Managing Director. Logport's aim is to develop key urban infrastructure through commercial zones focused on distribution, manufacturing, retail, and services. These commercial zones are mainly situated on brownfields, and the technical standard is focused on the use of renewable energy. David began gaining experience in 2013 when he held the role of Industrial Property Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield. In 2014, he joined CTP, the largest commercial real estate developer in Central and Eastern Europe, as Sales Manager. Within CTP, he was responsible for portfolio growth in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. After 4 years, David advanced to the position of Head of Industrial Real Estate at the international consultancy company JLL. In 2018, he founded Logport Development s.r.o., where he has been active since the beginning of 2020.
