Dr. György Bacsa

György Bacsa joined MOL Plc. in 2003 as legal counsel. In 2006 he became advisor to the MOL Group General Counsel for M&A matters, and after 2009 he was responsible also for co-ordination for SEE Legal Affairs of MOL Group. Between 2009 and 2010 he was the advisor to the President of INA Management Board for the MOL-INA integration project. Before becoming Managing Director of Corporate Business Development he was project manager at the same department as of 2010. Currently he is leading the Group Strategy and Business Development organization which is responsible for Group-level M&A projects, strategy development processes and business evaluations. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Budapest Stock Exchange, MET Holding AG and the Dunamenti Power plant. Mr. Bacsa received an MBA from Corvinus University Budapest, a Masters degrees in Law from the Duke University School of Law and the University of Heidelberg, and a Juris Doctor degree from Eötvös Loránd University Budapest.
