I have started working in IT as an IT consultant 23 years ago, so I have got to know countless business processes and support them with ERP implementations. I have participated in the implementations of IT systems of the Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority (PSZÁF) at Directorate IT as a head of department since 2006 and as a managing director since 2011. Since 2013 I am in charge of Directorate IT at the Central Bank of Hungary (MNB) as CIO with hundreds of IT demands and projects, moreover with a portfolio consisting of more than 300 IT applications. I am still actively participating in planning and implementation of IT systems fulfilling the needs of MNB.
