Gints Vins joined B2Holding in 2011 since 2013 is Board Member and CEO of B2Kapital SIA – a VC arm of B2Holding Group in Batic’s and CEE. Before that was CFC of Baltic Region for B2Holding Group. Gints is a private investor and entrepreneur, economist and business anthropologist. Graduate of Leningrad Institute of Chemical Technology and Business Faculty in USSR’s premier Art and Theatre Institute, Leningrad, Russia. MBA from Edinburgh Business School, The Graduate School of Business Heriot-Watt University. During early 90-ies initiated and participated in establishment of several major Latvian media outlets and co-founder of Baltic News Service A/S, currently the biggest Baltic news service. During his career Gints was General Manager and Director for the largest Baltic investment house and Fund Management company Hansa Investments Ltd. and one of the founders and strategic development manager for Livonia Investment Group. Financial advisor for AS Hansabank-Latvia and PAREX Bank in business restructuring. Investor, founder and CEO of several industrial and real estate development companies. From 2009 General Manager of Seed Forum Baltic Foundation, Board Member and General Manager of Seed Forum Central and Eastern European operations.
