Miklós Gyertyánfy MRICS

Mr Gyertyánfy was appointed as COO of Granit Polus Group at the beginning of 2022. He is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the group. He is in charge of strategy, asset management, business development, leasing, HR, capital investments and technical operations. Previously he fulfilled the Asset Management Director position. He joined the Group in 2011 and was directly involved in international business development and the establishment of the asset management division. Mr Gyertyánfy has a master's degree in economics. He speaks Hungarian, English and French. He received Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) membership in 2005 and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2017.
