Dávid Horváth

Dávid joined the Colliers Occupier Services team in 2015 as Senior Workplace Consultant and, since 2023, has been leading the Workplace Services division, which has since grown into a strategic business line. He has over a decade of experience in designing sustainable and experience-driven workplace strategies. He has played a key role in numerous high-impact workplace transformation projects, from the planning and implementation phases through to long-term operation. Dávid believes that the key to successful transformation lies in experience-based, integrated service design that can bridge the gap between corporate objectives and individual needs. Together with his team, he consistently ranks among the top advisors and tenant representatives in the business services sector of the Budapest real estate market.
