Hrvoje Kvasnička MRICS

Hrvoje Kvasnička is an experienced property consultant and project manager with more than fifteen years of experience in the commercial property industry. Following several years of managing development projects for Tehnika, a local developer, Hrvoje joined JLL in 2011 where his focus was on valuation, project management, technical advisory and sustainability services on large commercial projects in Croatia and the region. In 2014, Hrvoje set up Bricmore where he continues to provide the same services as a consultant to both local and international clients across SEE. He has acted on behalf of a number of international banks, developers, occupiers and investment funds. Hrvoje is a qualified building sustainability expert (LEED AP and DGNB Consultant). He has formerly served as a long-term Board member and the President of the Croatia Green Building Council. Hrvoje graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering (University of Zagreb) and received an MSc degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Westminster in London. He was elected a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2012.
