Alan Iny has spent his entire working life on creativity in the business world. As the global lead for creativity and scenarios at Boston Consulting Group, he regularly runs a wide range of trainings and workshops for executives across industries around the world on how to think creatively. He is a member of the firm's Corporate Finance & Strategy management team, with vast experience on advising companies worldwide about innovation, scenarios, transformation, organization design and change management across industries, including such topics as the future of mobility, iron, cyberattacks, water, and energy. He is the co-author of the book Thinking in New Boxes: A New Paradigm for Business Creativity, and published by Random House. Publishers Weekly said it is "a must-read for anyone in a leadership position who dares to look at the world in new ways." His speaking engagements include a TED talk about reigniting creativity in business.
