László Gaál is currently the Secretary General of the Hungarian Renewable Energy Association. He completed his studies at the Chemical Engineering Faculty of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and at the Corvinus University of Budapest, graduating as a chemical engineer and economist. He has extensive experience in renewable energy technologies. He spent more than ten years in various organizations within the MOL Group, working with biofuels and biogas. He gained knowledge in development projects involving solar and wind energy utilization, as well as micro hydropower. Later, he worked on mapping the conversion of biomass into biofuels. He spent three years at FGSZ, where he introduced hydrogen-related tasks into the organization’s operations. He joined the Hungarian Renewable Energy Association following its founding. His current primary responsibilities are supporting operations and coordinating professional activities.
