Graduated from the Eötvös Loránd University at Budapest as teacher and sociologist (specialized for Change Management and HR), than later also gained a degree as an economist at the University of West Hungary, Szombathely and Sopron. Started her career at Szentgotthárd Plant of Opel Szentgotthárd in 1997. Spent 14 years at HR function, held several HR positions including Plant HR Manager. Then transferred to Manufacturing function and worked for 7 years as a Unit/Production Manager, Operational Manager (Assistant Plant Manager), Master /Strategic Plan Manager. Since March 2018 she fulfills the HR manager role again.
