Michael Mewes

Michael Mewes is head of the Fixed Income group in Frankfurt and client portfolio manager for Global and European fixed income products within the International Fixed Income Group. He is also responsible covering clients in Germany and central Europe. An employee since 1996, Michael previously worked for Commerz International Capital Management GmbH in Frankfurt for two years, where he was responsible for the management of both inter-nationally invested and DM-denominated portfolios. Prior to this he worked as a fund manager for DWS, the mutual fund company of Deutsche Bank Group, for almost five years. Michael obtained a degree from the European Business School in Business Administration in July 1989.
