Lyubomir Mladenov

Lyubomir began his real estate career in 2008 as a consultant, providing tenant-rep services to office occupiers: leasing and sales, renewals, lease restructuring, workplace strategies, market research. Other notable activity is his wide experience on how office buildings work, being involved in the day-to-day operations, facility, and asset management of an office portfolio of more than 75,000 sqm and 150+ office occupiers. While in his position as an asset manager, he was also part of an investment team engaged with the disposal of a property portfolio, totalling more than € 70 mln in gross revenue. Lyubomir is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®) and holds a Master degree in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School, London.
