My name is Gitta Meilinger, and I am currently responsible for Digital Transformation in MOL Group's Exploration and Production division. With over a decade of expertise in the energy industry, I leverage a thorough understanding of business processes and a passion for innovation to propel tech-enabled growth. In all of my prior responsibilities, I was driven by the ambition to make our processes faster, more efficient, and more transparent — and today, digitalization brings up new opportunities not only for my own development but also for the growth of MOL E&P as a whole. I'm especially proud of projects where collaboration resulted in actual, concrete consequences. One such milestone was MOL's oil finding in Vecsés, for which my team created the whole commercial and regulatory framework. This result demonstrates the value of strategic thought and genuine collaboration. I received my MBA from Corvinus University and Maastricht University's combined SEED Executive MBA program, a personal milestone that I completed while on maternity leave, reinforcing my belief in lifelong learning and development. Giving back is an important priority for me; I am an active member of the Women of Oil and Gas Network (WONY) and a regular mentor to young professionals. I am certain that diversity, openness, and cooperation are the foundations of the energy industry's long-term viability and success.
