Judit Papp

In 2001, Ms. Judit Papp, economist, was appointed as managing director of the shoe factory of Manifaktor Kft, owned by the Kennel und Schmenger company group. The capacity extension resulted in further company acquisition. From 2003, Kiskun Cipőipari Zrt is also owned by the German company, which is managed by Ms. Papp, as well. With more than 200 employees, they manufacture the finest quality shoes exclusively for export markets. To ensure labor supply, they had been engaged in the practical education of skilled worker trainees for years. Her main task is the management of both companies with the optimal utilization of production capacity, and with meeting the strictest quality standards. She also puts strong emphasis on the continuous improvement of work environment for employees.
