Piotr Trzciński

Piotr Trzcinski manages the operations of the Polish office and is responsible for business development and execution of strategies of Savills IM real estate investors in the CEE region and cooperation of Savills IM Poland with investment and fund teams across Europe. Piotr also serves as a member of the Savills IM European Investment Committee. Piotr joined Savills Investment Management in 2017 with the opening of the Warsaw office. Under his supervision, Savills IM grew its Polish real estate portfolio to €1.8 billion AUM in less than five years. Piotr has 18 years of experience in private equity real estate investment, asset management, property finance and development. Throughout his career, he has overseen the performance of €2.5 billion of assets and participated in almost €1 billion of real estate transactions. Before joining Savills IM, Piotr held various investment and asset management positions in Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, Blackrock and CA Immo. Piotr is a graduate of the Warsaw University School of Management and completed leadership and management programs at the Wharton School and Tuck School of Business. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
