Roman Klott, Dipl.-Kfm. (FH), MRICS holds a German real estate management degree and gained professional experience in real estate marketing, management and financing throughout several posts in major German real estate companies. Answering on the growing demand for professional real estate services in Serbia and its neighboring countries, he established Atrium in 2005, today one of the market leaders in its field. Mr. Klott has achieved a long-term growth by developing Atrium's services constantly. He is also in charge for the strategic development of the company into a leading regional real estate advisory and management firm. Today, Atrium has more than 140 employees providing commercial and residential brokerage services, property and facility management, valuation and advisory services and green building services.
