Graduated as electrical engineer from the Systems and Avionics department of the Hungarian Air Force College in 1996 and gained MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Ohio, through the Central European University (CEU) in Budapest. Started his career at Ford’s Székesfehérvár plant, where he had multiple leadership roles. He joined Delphi’s Tatabánya plant in 2005 – where he has been managing director for 7 years now – which plant doubled its revenue over the last 4 years and has also been presented with the 2015 Company of the Year award by the Figyelő weekly magazine. Since 2015, he is also the Eastern European Cluster Manager of Delphi Connection Systems. His main tasks include leading operations for automotive connectors in Eastern Europe, coordinating and launching strategic businesses and investments.
