László Tátrai

László Tátrai  joined SPAR Hungary in 2001 as IT system administrator. From then on, he actively participated in the development and expansion of the company's IT systems, including in connection with acquisitions, and from 2005 he worked for the group as a central IT operations manager. From 2012 he continued his career as the IT manager of the company, in which he was able to make use of his acquired professional knowledge and in-depth company knowledge. In addition to leading the 60-person Hungarian IT department, he is actively involved in the development of the  group's medium- and long-term IT strategy as a member of the governance board of SPAR Information and Communication Services Gmbh. Thanks to his background and interests, he is a helicopter-minded leader who continues to claim to be an IT professional and is constantly developing his knowledge to keep up with the latest technologies and digital trends. In his current job, he sees human resource management as the main challenge, as probably every CIO today.
