Tomáš Běhounek

Tomas Behounek is a Czech-qualified attorney and an equity partner of bnt attorneys-at-law in Prague. He has been with the firm for 13 years and has been a partner in the Prague office for 10 years. He specialises in real estate legal advisory, covering M&A and other transactions in the sector, and financing and construction law matters. Tomas regularly lectures and publishes articles on real estate matters. Since 2017, he is a member of bnt managing board and a head of bnt international real estate practice group.
