Tünde Bognár

Tünde Bognár graduated in 2006 with a degree in Economics from the Budapest Business School, Faculty of Finance and Accountancy. She began her career at KPMG, where she spent two years in the audit department, gaining a strong foundation in financial analysis and reporting. She has nearly two decades of experience in real estate management, primarily in international corporate environments. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for overseeing the operation and strategic asset management of office and retail properties located in Budapest and several other major European cities. In recent years, she worked as part of the European portfolio management team at CBRE Investment Management, one of the world’s leading real estate investment firms. Her role provided her with in-depth insight into the evolving dynamics of the European office market and the practical implementation of sustainability strategies. She has been a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2017. As of 1 July 2025, she serves as Chief Executive Officer of Graphisoft Park SE.
