Zoltán Jánky

Company: NOVU Design and Engineering
Job title: Managing Director, BIM Expert
He is an architect by training and has worked in BIM since 2007. Early in his career he gained hands‑on experience on large international projects in 3D modeling, clash detection and 4D simulation work that shaped his practical, data‑driven, systems perspective. Today he serves as Managing Director of NOVU Design and Engineering Ltd. (co‑founded in 2013 as Opinion Builders Ltd.). He partners mainly with investors and real‑estate developers to design and roll out OpenBIM strategy: defining right‑sized, project‑specific BIM requirements, leading implementations and audits, preparing and assuring CAFM data for operations, and building CIM solutions that integrate BIM and GIS across major projects in Hungary. He is a regular, enthusiastic participant at industry conferences and meetups for both learning and networking - you’ll likely run into him there. Guiding principle: as Marcel Breuer said, “Modern architecture is not a style, but an attitude.” For him, BIM is the same: a mindset of continuous improvement toward higher quality and a more sustainable construction industry.

Zoltán Jánky will be our speaker at the following event:
