Mr O Nemes

Oliver Nemes has over 20 years’ experience in M&A in the CEE region. He began his career in 1993 at PwC (London, Vienna) and in 1995 he joined EPIC where he worked on corporate finance transactions in Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria. He co- founded Corporate Finance Partners in 2000 which has joined the Clairfield International partnership in 2015. Oliver manages the Budapest office and focuses on mid-sized M&A transaction and finance raisings. Recent transactions include: Merger of Extreme Digital/eMAG (Naspers), Sale of Netrisk to MCI, Sale of Metaco, Tisza Automotive.
