Chris has 20+ years of experience in digital delivery delivery & transformation starting his career in Silicon Valley as a software engineer in a healthcare start-up. Chris has played CTO / CDO roles and led digital transformations across various industries, including telco, media, entertainment, insurance and financial services. Chris leads Leap, McKinsey’s business building practice in the UK and Europe. He has helped clients across a diverse set of industries create new businesses including banking, flower trading, sports betting, education and construction.
